Wow, we just had our first viewing with Andrews and they have made it so easy and comfortable. Issy at the Downend branch was as polite as she was efficient. We literally were viewing the property in under an hour! She answered all of questions about the application process so clearly and confidently we were already feeling assured before we arrived. Her colleague Shamiya greeted us with such a welcoming we were already beginning to feel at home. She highlighted the property's strengths and answered our questions honestly and directly. We are looking for properties after selling ours when we met Andrew of North Cheam Branch, when he showed us the property which we eventually put an offer on. Of course the property itself will be the main selling factor. However, Andrew from the first time was very warm and welcoming. We never felt that he rushed us do viewing the property despite short intervals between the viewings. He had notes and is ready to address questions about the property. Overall, we just felt kindness, warmth and patience, which is what is lacking on the property World when agents are just showing properties and rushing to go on about it. I would be more than happy to leave him this kind of review anytime.

Firstly for me its the human touch especially from Richard from the Long Ashton branch .The assistant Manager of the branch. From a sales perspective, and from the onset Richard, has been nothing but exceptional, he is very passionate about his work and this shines through even through communicating with him on the phone. I have never met Richard face to face and even now we have yet to meet face to face. He is definitely a gem in the crown jewels . Hence the title. As most people are aware selling a property can be stressful but Richard took away the stress by always being proactive in his work. His communications skills are fantastic. He regularly updates me and even on his off days, he deals with queries promptly. He is definitely in my opinion a man of integrity and I don't normally go overboard with compliments especially with my previous experience with other estate agent! Richard is unique, talented and very professional and can be relied upon at all times. I have never written a review about any other estate agent even though I have used them in past, as i previously thought they were only there for taking your money and does nothing to earn it!! Richard is definitely one in a million and once in a lifetime talented unique who one can trust and relied upon at all times. His advise and guidance of selling our property has been invaluable. He was able to sell our property within days . Hopefully this review will help you to decide that Richard is the top man in the long Ashton Branch . He is conscientious, selfless, professional and brings calmness to any stressful situation to enable one to feel confident to discuss anything with him . His diplomacy in dealing with seller and buyer and coordinating is exceptional . We are kept informed to enable us to meet tight deadlines. And as we all know time means money !! Richard fully understand it and meet and exceed all objectives. I fully endorse Richard as the number 1 and i the best in Andrews estate agent. He is definitely a gain for Andrews !!! So what r u waiting for where other agencies have failed Richard has excelled. Go on Richard keep up the good work !!!

Sarah has been a fantastic property manager over a number of years for Andrews. Initially, when I decided to rent out my UK property, I wanted a single point of contact for all queries ranging from rental payments to repairs and contracts. Sarah has performed this role exceptionally well. The recent communication between myself and the tenant, requesting permission to redecorate is a classic example where she simply facilitates a timely conversation with the tenant. Simple? It should be but it is not always the case with many serivce companies where trying to get a quick answer is often difficult and bureaucratic. This is the importance of dedicated professional property managers. Thanks for the great customer service.

When we wanted to sell our house we decided to use Andrews (Bristol - Longwell Green) and we were not disappointed.The whole team were all excellent from start to finish but a massive shout out must go to Billy who we had the most dealings with. Apart from being a credit to his profession, Billy is very friendly, with a good sense of humour and a top guy, and always kept us in the loop with any developments or updates along the way. Nothing was too much trouble so a deserved 10 out of 10 for Billy.

I have been with Andrews for a couple of years now and I am still very impressed and amazed how they provide excellent services to their tenants, customers and clients. Anything from a little inquiry to biggest repair concerns, they always are on top of it and make sure they are addressed as soon as possible. Very efficient. We were met with Billy at our first viewing and dealt with him all through the process. Everything was made so seamlessly and what tends to be a stressful experience, just wasn't. Always greeted with a happy voice at the end of the phone and any queries I knew I could pick up the phone and they would have the answer to any question I had.
