From initial property valuation requesrt contact through to sale of property I have found all employees of Frank Innes Estare Agent branch (based in Sutton in Ashfield) very amicable, professional and efficient in their dutes. The assistance, the clear jargon free advice and guidance, especially from Mohesha Palmer has made what i believed would be a difficult process very easy to navigate through. UPDATE. After posting this review yesterday a reply has been posted asking that my friend make contact herself directly. Don't see how this will help as she has made contact herself directly on numerous occasions and has been fobbed off and ignored. You've known about the problems for nearly a year, it's a bit late trying to act like your concerned now. AVOID Disgraceful attitude to tenants. My friend has been waiting over a year for repairs to be done. Her house is full of damp and mould. She has a leak from her roof and now her heating isn't working. The temperature in her house is 13.9 in October and she can't sleep with being so cold. She has contacted Frank Innes on numerous occasions and they couldn't care less. Should be ashamed of themselves letting people suffer like this.

Over the moon with the services provided by Kirsty Ford. She's been outstanding throughout the application process, there for us when we needed advice and even a shoulder to cry on when things didn't go to plan. We've not been the easiest case but Kirsty didn't give up and managed to secure us a great deal. I'm convinced if it wasn't for her persistence then we wouldn't be on the property ladder. We did shop around for mortgage brokers early on and although there were other options none of them had the sauce that Kirsty had. She just has a vibe that is welcoming, warm and caring. We felt so comfortable in Kirsty's presence, we could've sat in that office at Frank Innes and spoke with her all day. Again thank you so so so much Kirsty for being the best broker. You've gone above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful.
