What can I say, our experience with Frank Innes has been absolutely fantastic. From the first meeting with Kate who explained the process in detail putting my mind at ease. I would also like to say how wonderful Karen was with showing prospective buyers round our property. But our special thanks goes out to Paige, she has been fantastic with constant updates and communication, she has made the moving process so much easier and is a wonderful asset to the team. The rest of the team also deserve a mention as they have helped us tremendously! Thankyou again for everything, we are now looking forward to starting our new life in our lovely new home. We had an outstanding experience with Frank Innes Estate Agents in Sutton in Ashfield, and we cannot praise Morgan highly enough. Despite the process being stressful at times, Morgan remained positive, proactive, and reassuring, helping to keep our spirits up and ensuring everything stayed focused and moving forward. Called a couple of weeks ago to be told that selling fees are 1% and today I called to check that info is correct and to book a visit. I was told a different story. Fixed rate of 3k. When I pushed for 1% that I was told on my last call but she said they can do 1%but then said there would be additional fees like marketing. An agent that tells different information on each call is not good. Seemed to be cagey about what their fees are too and behaved like I asked her for her own personal bank account number or something.

Kirsty at Countrywide Mortgages is by far the best mortgage advisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and trusting in the process of my purchase. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am fully aware of everything and has helped explain things in a different way if I didn’t fully understand in the first instance and didn’t make me feel embarrassed/uncomfortable as I have in the past with other advisors when I’ve struggled to understand. So I originally was in touch with a fantastic lady called Morgan from the Sutton branch regarding a property, she sat down with me for over half an hour discussed all of our most important features in a property including location and managed to find us our dream home!! A big thank you to the team and more importantly Molly, who has been heavily involved with the selling of the property I am a tenant of. Molly was highly professional & ethical, and was a real expert at the house viewings; She gave really succinct tours of the property almost like a rollercoaster, displaying a full palate of tools from comedy - and therefore making me & the viewers both feel at ease - to fantastic overall communication. Clearly Molly had done her research and knew all the nooks & crannies of the property; she had a big array of answers to questions, knew the local area well, and overall had a colossal aura of wisdom and experience. She was also highly transparent about the whole process: Molly had kept me updated on the viewings and any potential changes, alongside of making sure the viewing worked in tandem with my own personal-life commitments. I am in the process of purchasing a house with Frank Innes Sutton in Ashfield. Professionalism from Lewis Moss - Sales Negotiator has been outstanding! He is knowledgeable and certainly an approachable individual with excellent customer service. As a first-time investor, the world of property is extremely daunting. I understand that estate agents deal with 'big' money and keen investors. Never once have I felt that my questions posed was insignificant or irrelevant.
