The family business has dedication and knowledge no other estate agent can match in my view in this area. GoogleI put in an offer on a house, was told later that day I hadn't got it due to a cash buyer. Two days later I spoke to the vendors, who hadn't received my offer until over 24hrs AFTER I'd been told I hadn't got it AND that they hadn't got a cash buyer. Utterly abysmal and unprofessional behaviour, do not trust a word they say, I'm currently looking at reporting them.

GoogleBusiness owner incredibly rude and needs to learn some manners. Didn’t use service but witnessed how he treated someone outside his shop and I will now avoid and discourage others to do so too.

Also, it would be very unusual to speak to anyone outside of the office its self as of course clients come in, we would never be discussing a property in the " street " / outside, perhaps you witnessed someone else speaking and assumed they were from Acres ? GoogleNigel and Team sold my house in 3 days all questions emails and calls were returned within the hour if not immediately even through the Covid 19 Pandemic. I can't fault Acres throughout the whole process and if I ever sell my house again will go back to Acres.

GoogleRushed telephone conversation today. Not at all professional. I was about to continue with what I was saying but the lady on the other end rushed me off saying 'Don't worry about it, bye' and put the phone down!!! I think some of the office staff need customer service training!!
