TrustpilotWorst Experience Ever with Gascogne Pees Kingston Branch
I had the worst experience ever using Gascogne Pees to fully manage my property. They consistently chose the more expensive contractors who did not deliver good service and failed to honor warranties. After 4 years of their management, my property was in a dire state. I ended up spending over £20,000 on repairs and restoration. The staff, from lettings to property management, were unhelpful, rude and ineffective. Never again.

Excellent estate agents. Instructed Gascoigne Pees (Worcester Park branch) on both a house purchase and house sale. The team went over and beyond throughout the whole process. They were adaptable re pricing given changes in housing market and also suggested local firms of solicitors to use. Great team, professional and personable. Would use them again and again. Worst organised letting company. I have several properties that I use letting agents to manage. By far, Gascoigne-Pees are the worst. They charge for everything despite me paying for full managed property they make additional charges for anything they do. They consistently fail to do anything that they say they will do. Their different departments don't communicate with each other. They give letting/estate agents a bad name.

GoogleMost recent experience in dealing with this estate agent was beyond painful. Really disappointed with the way they dealt with advertising my property, their professionalism throughout our contracted period, constant breach of GDPR regulations and massive lack of morality. Definitely won't use their services again and if you want a hassle-free experience better to avoid this branch altogether.

GoogleI've received a very good service from Gascoigne Pees at West Byfleet, from the first meeting to the actual sale of the property. Great photos were taken of the house and I had lots of help and advice along the way from Sara, who constantly checked in with me and arranged the viewings. A good conscientious team.

My rental move was made easy, I had someone always available for questions and I found the process simple, professional and approachable. I felt I was heard as a prospective tenant, listened to and patronising or cold interaction which I have experienced before with some property agents, were not felt with Gascoigne Pees.

Deposit: I rented an apartment for over 1.5 years (small studio flat), I got it dirty, including the tools left in it, the walls were unpainted, full of dust and paint smeared on door frames, doors, etc. I gave away the apartment, which was very clean and practically ready for rent. For this, my deposit was charged with enormous amounts that are far from reality. The cost of painting was £600, cleaning £180 etc. for a studio flat which was beautifully cleaned. Even on the report they could not distinguish the pink cube in the water in the toilet that cleans from the scale in the water from the scale in the water. I consider it extortion and fraud. Unprofessional team and lack of trust in this company including the deposit management company.

This company are very disappointing to deal with. They are extremely difficult to get hold of and when you do finally get a response that response is brief and lacks the professional knowledge you would hope for when spending large amounts of money through them.

Extremely unprofessional estate agency - south west London area. I literally felt harassed on the telephone to provide my email and phone number when I was only enquiring about a property, not even trying to view it. It was a man on the other end and he made me feel very uneasy. I will not be looking at properties with them ever since they would have my home address too. It's an appalling industry.

GoogleI had a terrible experience with this agent. I tried to view a property before the open day because I couldn't make the date but was refused (fair enough). I turned up on the day, nobody around so i called the agent and was told it got cancelled and didn't you get the message. Reasons for bad review: 1. You cancelled a viewing without telling me which meant i wasted my time. 2. The reason the viewing was cancelled was because you sold the property to someone that you allowed to visit before the open day but i was refused this opportunity (seems like an opportunity for foul play here). 3. I sent feedback to your company directly but haven't even had a courtesy call so I decided to leave a public review of my experience.

We did have a couple of viewings pre-open house with locals who had houses to sell and with anyone who was away that Saturday so as not to lose an opportunity for our vendor. We had no plans to put offers forward but a party who viewed it wanted us to and we have a legal requirement to do so, the Vendor decided he wanted to accept it and cancel the open house which was completely his decision. We did ring all parties who were going to view to cancel, if they didn’t receive this message then I completely understand your frustration. Trustpilotappalling and disgusting treatment for our property
We have a listing with this company who has been professional and friendly up to the point of customer visits to our property.We have a carpeted flat and both the agent and the customer did not remove their shoes when showing the flat. What makes me furious was that on the day of the visit it was raining and muddy and yet there was NO consideration shown in removing shoes to access the property.We complained to the branch manager Michael White who apologised and I've just had a 2nd visit from another customer and again NO SHOES removed on access and guess what's going on outside right now.Storm Ciaran.So if my property was going to receive 20 visits, what condition are my carpets going to be in after?Absolutely disgusting and appalling service, it is common courtesy to be considerate of another family's home and yet none was shown and not only that, after having already complained once already you neglect to follow up on it.Undecided yet what to do as I was unable to reach the branch manager.

Warning! Fraud! Avoid buying uniforms from this company - at all costs. The company would not refund me - for a product that they never confirmed was ordered, but for which I was charged (I tried to check out, and apparently it worked, although no confirmation was issued). I had to follow up three times asking for a refund, as they did not send the items. Only after I threatened to file a complaint did they take action.The customer service agent, Sarah, made up many stories - about the order being confirmed, about refunding me in 7-10 days, etc. She never apologized. Instead, she responded with excuse after excuse. I'm confident they will make up some stories in response to my complaint. ;) Can't wait to see what she says next! Another excuse!

GoogleA great service from Richard Lamb and colleagues in selling my property. A buyer found within a couple of days, a conveyancer found also. Communication was great with contact every few days to inform me how the sale was progressing. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Disappointing. Tried contacting the agents a number of times (on different days) about viewing a particular property, as a keen buyer. No call back or reply to emails. Very poor service and a waste of time for people that genuinely just want to find somewhere to live.
