GoogleI had very bad experience I moved on the flat eight months ago and I didn’t receive my deposit back no one contacted me no one said to me what’s happened . I keep trying to receive my deposit it is a lot of money £1875NegativeValue

He was extremely helpful, contactable and was happy to answer all our endless questions. Would definitely recommend!

TrustpilotCommunication was poorly, and the description of the property wasn't correct
The description of the property didn't mention no children at all, it even said that those with children it had schools nearby, I think the communication was very poor, and should be stated in the description no children to avoid waste of time.

They would lie and say anything to get you to sign the dotted line(basingstoke office) , they claimed the property was managed by them but once I ran into my 1st issue in a few days they refuse to do anything. Absolutely disgusting, steer clear of them

GoogleBe very wary letting properties from this agency. The Home Inventory service that they impose created false discrepancies between the sign in and sign out reports, costing us a huge portion of our deposit for fictional damage that Gascoigne should reasonably know was caused by previous tenants. Very disappointing

FacebookSold a property next door to us, had numerous people on our property as they have saw the sign and couldnt find it on line. Today, a van erecting a sold sign reversed into our garden to turn, damaged our childs bits, which wed left outside and drove off as i got to the door. Called the branch to be told "im sorry, theres not much I can do"
