TrustpilotLiars with no sense of accountability
These estate agents downright lied to us before moving in about what came with the flat and throughout continued to lie about the interactions we had. Their complaints process is as useless as they are and I'm convinced is completely biased towards the estate agents. They are criminal - do not go anywhere near.

My experience getting an apartment was completely stress-free. After weeks of searching, I contacted Gascoigne-Pees Esher, and all the stress and worry about finding a good place to live finally came to an end. Thanks to their amazing manager, Benjamin, and the ever-helpful Rosie, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and pleasant. To top it all off, I even received a lovely welcome gift! GLORIA

GoogleVictoria was extremely helpful and manifested a high level of professionalism. She provided the neccessary technical help on each stages of the procedure for us to be able to rent a lovely flat as smoothly as possible, all of this in a relatively short period of time.

TrustpilotWorst Experience Ever with Gascogne Pees Kingston Branch
I had the worst experience ever using Gascogne Pees to fully manage my property. They consistently chose the more expensive contractors who did not deliver good service and failed to honor warranties. After 4 years of their management, my property was in a dire state. I ended up spending over £20,000 on repairs and restoration. The staff, from lettings to property management, were unhelpful, rude and ineffective. Never again.

Excellent estate agents. Instructed Gascoigne Pees (Worcester Park branch) on both a house purchase and house sale. The team went over and beyond throughout the whole process. They were adaptable re pricing given changes in housing market and also suggested local firms of solicitors to use. Great team, professional and personable. Would use them again and again. Fully recommend and massive thank you!

Worst organised letting company. I have several properties that I use letting agents to manage. By far, Gascoigne-Pees are the worst. They charge for everything despite me paying for full managed property they make additional charges for anything they do. They consistently fail to do anything that they say they will do. Their different departments don't communicate with each other. They give letting/estate agents a bad name.

My rental move was made easy, I had someone always available for questions and I found the process simple, professional and approachable. I felt I was heard as a prospective tenant, listened to and patronising or cold interaction which I have experienced before with some property agents, were not felt with Gascoigne Pees.

I am extremely disappointed with this agency’s lack of transparency and professionalism. They made adjustments quietly, leaving me to discover the increase on my own. This kind of practice feels untrustworthy. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Deposit: I rented an apartment for over 1.5 years (small studio flat), I got it dirty, including the tools left in it, the walls were unpainted, full of dust and paint smeared on door frames, doors, etc. I gave away the apartment, which was very clean and practically ready for rent. For this, my deposit was charged with enormous amounts that are far from reality. The cost of painting was £600, cleaning £180 etc. for a studio flat which was beautifully cleaned. Even on the report they could not distinguish the pink cube in the water in the toilet that cleans from the scale in the water from the scale in the water. I consider it extortion and fraud. Unprofessional team and lack of trust in this company including the deposit management company.

This company are very disappointing to deal with. They are extremely difficult to get hold of and when you do finally get a response that response is brief and lacks the professional knowledge you would hope for when spending large amounts of money through them.

GoogleAfter 6 years of full management We have called time ,during that time there was two checks on our apartment , which we had to ask for We took full management as we are away from area GP just didn’t do anything other than collect rent and send me the invoice Money for nothing Disappointed !!! GoogleGascoigne Pees have managed my property in East Molesey since 2008. The length of my trust in them is an indicator of how satisfied I am with their service. They have been quick to react when any issues have arisen, and given the property is 100+ years old, this is fairly frequently. On the one occaision I had a non paying tenant they were quick to react and handled the issues well. My only critiscism, and the 4 instead of 5 stars, is the high staff turnover but this may be a property sector wide issue ,

GoogleI am currently living in a rental property that is looked after and leased through the lettings team at the Esher branch. I have been in direct contact with their team for over a year and their friendly and helpful staff have provided the best service, the most up to date information, and have always given quick responses to any questions I have had. I would definitely recommend this team if you are considering a rental property in the area.
