Extremely unprofessional estate agency - south west London area. I literally felt harassed on the telephone to provide my email and phone number when I was only enquiring about a property, not even trying to view it. It was a man on the other end and he made me feel very uneasy. I will not be looking at properties with them ever since they would have my home address too. It's an appalling industry.

Trustpilotappalling and disgusting treatment for our property
We have a listing with this company who has been professional and friendly up to the point of customer visits to our property.We have a carpeted flat and both the agent and the customer did not remove their shoes when showing the flat. What makes me furious was that on the day of the visit it was raining and muddy and yet there was NO consideration shown in removing shoes to access the property.We complained to the branch manager Michael White who apologised and I've just had a 2nd visit from another customer and again NO SHOES removed on access and guess what's going on outside right now.Storm Ciaran.So if my property was going to receive 20 visits, what condition are my carpets going to be in after?Absolutely disgusting and appalling service, it is common courtesy to be considerate of another family's home and yet none was shown and not only that, after having already complained once already you neglect to follow up on it.Undecided yet what to do as I was unable to reach the branch manager.

Warning! Fraud! Avoid buying uniforms from this company - at all costs. The company would not refund me - for a product that they never confirmed was ordered, but for which I was charged (I tried to check out, and apparently it worked, although no confirmation was issued). I had to follow up three times asking for a refund, as they did not send the items. Only after I threatened to file a complaint did they take action.The customer service agent, Sarah, made up many stories - about the order being confirmed, about refunding me in 7-10 days, etc. She never apologized. Instead, she responded with excuse after excuse. I'm confident they will make up some stories in response to my complaint. ;) Can't wait to see what she says next! Another excuse!

GoogleFantastic, professional service in a difficult market. Leo Humphrey and the other Gascoigne-Pees staff took us effortlessly through the whole process, constantly keeping us informed at every viewing, and never flagging throughout months of viewings until our house was sold. We never had any doubts that we were not with the best agent. Leo gave us a considered and realistic valuation, and we sold within this range. Highly recommended for these challenging times.

Disappointing. Tried contacting the agents a number of times (on different days) about viewing a particular property, as a keen buyer. No call back or reply to emails. Very poor service and a waste of time for people that genuinely just want to find somewhere to live.

GoogleVery customer friendly and ease to communicate with! I recently found a flat to rent at west Byfleet through the Esher branch. All the agents were friendly and very professional when it came to putting an offer form and connecting to my landlady. Highly recommend the agency!

This letting agent is shocking. Signed a 12 month contract but had to leave early. Our cars were targeted and my boyfriends had to be written off. Had issues with the flat, which were never sorted, despite me chasing numerous times. Now landlord is trying to charge me £975 for leaving early, when we almost had no choice but to leave. My car was being targeted very frequently. Spoke to a Lady on the phone from G and P and she was so rude. Made me feel like I was the problem.

GoogleA real mixed bag. Great support and a professional service when helping you find a property. Appalling apathy when leaving a property. It took over a month for them to return the bond, with no urgency, guiding of the landlord through the process or empathy about the impact that this has on tenants.

Terrible experiance Saw property pre launchPut full asking offer in at the time then told its going online for a while No EPC given said they would forward once it was in they didnt!No follow up calls thereafter10 days later Phoned in to see how things doing & if they had the EPc! agent dealing with me was off for the day said he will call me in the morning.Didnt get a call till late next day afternoon saying sold to the other intrested party. (I only learnt there was one other by making my call)No pre call to see if l was Prepared to up my offer. Feel having put full asking offer forward l had a valid intrest to be informed of its progress before putting forward their offers to seller.Shocking customer care The agent who showed me round lovely fella

We called their office about a property advertised online. The woman who answered said the property was no longer available. This property has been advertised by them at least for a few weeks while at the same time actually not on the market any more. When we asked why still advertised the woman hunged up the call.

GoogleMy partner and I recently moved out of London for the first time and Victoria and Charlotte have been very helpful and really went the extra mile. Even when things got difficult they were extremely professional and helpful and got things sorted straight away. Can only recommend them and we would not hesitate to work with them again.

On our move in day it was discovered that the property was not as advertised. It has been a nightmare since and we have incurred heavy losses as a direct result.Broken boilerBroken cookerBroken dishwasherNo fire alarmsNo valid gas safety checkNo heating or hot waterNo cleaning undertakenBlack mould throughoutBrown speckled mould throughoutSigns off water ingress in numerous areasDamp walls in areasSmell of mould and damp causing coughUnusable showers x2Broken front door lockNo postbox keyNo evidence of parking spot listed on tenancy agreementNo attempt has been made to repay the costs we suffered, nor has anyone apologised for ruining the lives of two disabled tenants. Absolutely appalling.
