Excellent service from Dale and the team at Bridges in Fleet. They provided good and effective sales and marketing advice. They kept the sales process wheels turning and always had the right answer or contact when those hiccups arose which inevitably happen in most transactions.

Very poor experience. We asked to view a property and were given the first appointment available. The day before the viewing we got an email saying the property was let yet we were apparently first in line. The company now refuses to contact us or to view any other property they advertise. Extremely unprofessional and the last thing you want in an estate agent. avoid!

We've been shown round a few properties in the Ash area by Ben from Bridges Estate agents. He took the time to really understand our requirements and has provided a highly professional and efficient service. Unfortunately one of the properties we were close to making an offer on was sold before we had a chance to do a final viewing but we feel confident that we are not far off finding our new home!

After having inspected a property for one of their purchasers I advised the client to revise their offer in light of the surveyors report and my own observations. The agent was insistent that the purchaser was unable to withdraw from the sale at such a late stage. despite not having exchanged contracts. This advice was obviously not correct as I explained to my clients. Honesty in any business is paramount and I Nothing more than a jumped up car sales man.

GoogleBridges were excellent when selling our flat. They had a good knowledge of the local market and area and were able to sell our flat quickly. When the seller dropped out we had the flat resold within days. Iain, who managed our sale, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and would happily answer any of my questions and concerns I had during the process. Terrible customer service. This company is so inflated and consumed by its wide reach in Hampshire it has no care for its customer base. It can't even keep across it. No Call backs or confirmation emails sent for viewings. Nothing in my junk folder so emails clearly aren't being sent! Several times I arranged viewings on properties to be confirmed by email and then you hear nothing... Call up asking about my booking, no record at all of my interest in said property?!!On the off chance you actually do get confirmation to see a property, that's never really confirmation. 3 times I have been stood up going to the property at the arranged time and no agent turns up... ??? Call the office: - 'oh I'm sorry sir the house is now under offer.'A phone call, an email, a pigeon with a note, anything would have been nice to let me know so I don't waste my day turning up for nothing! Fuming isn't the word I'm sick and tired of being messed around by this incompetent excuse for an estate agent. Be warned!!

GoogleWe bought a property via Bridges in Frimley, and from the first interaction with them, they were fantastic. The agent who showed us around the property was professional, informative and we didn't feel any pressure from him, even though we knew we needed to move quickly in making an offer. After our offer was accepted, the staff at Bridges kept in regular contact as well as kept the momentum going in the process. I would highly recommend the team at Bridges if you are selling your property, but if you're lucky enough to be buying a property through them, you will have a great experience. Thank you Bridges team!
