Trustpilot"They"ll be p*s**d off with that" was the response to my cash offer
"They"ll be p*s**d off with that" was the response to the cash offer I made on behalf of my recently widowed mum. This was after "you're late!" when I viewed a second house directly after viewing the house mum bought. Had to prove funds existed before I could make an offer. Attitude totally changed from not being interested in giving me the time of day. Found Bridges to be unprofessional from the outset. You do not speak to a potential buyer as they did to me. Mum sadly passed away 16 December.

GoogleMy challenge was selling the family home while I live in the US. The team, lead by Simon, was consistently helpful, responsive and professional. There were some bumps along the way but I always felt supported and the sale went through smoothly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Made an appointment to view a property. After waiting, and then eventually calling the estate agents, they put me on hold for the manager, who made the appointment, that this had not been booked. He then, rather then apologise, informed me it was my fault for not having a confirmation email, because obviously him telling it was booked wasn't enough. IAfter, being told by multiple people that bridges were, simply terrible, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. This was the wrong choice.

Highly recommend Dale and his team at Fleet. They provided excellent service from the very start of the valuation process up until the keys were handed over to the new owners. Constantly chased the progress for us and kept us in the loop the whole time. Couldn’t have asked for any more from them.

A shocking experience of customer service from a member of staff at Aldershot branch. Not all deals pull through, however, you don't speak aggressively to a customer and warn of not being able to purchase a property via Bridges in the area. Worst customer service experience ever.PS Reply: Day 2/3 of starting a process can’t be late stage, can it? Please get your justifications correct.. thanks

GoogleWorst rental experience i've ever had. I moved in 6 months ago and after calling and emailing and taking photos continuously with several problems including health issues they have still failed to do ANYTHING. they ignore or just blatantly lie to your face. I can't be sure but it feels like they're advertising homes that are not for sale purely to gather the data of more potential buyers (Aldershot branch). A house went up for sale on Zoopla on 10th August 2023 (I checked this on the advert history). I called on the 11th August to book a viewing. Went through the process of updating all my registration details, was told Tuesday 15th August would be good, great. They said they would confirm with sellers and send me confirmation email. Today (Monday 14th) no email yet so I emailed them to check all was going ahead and shortly received a viewing confirmation email (10.05am). At 10.16am they called me to say the sellers are reviewing offers so not doing further viewings. So it took 2 business days for you to advertise a property and it get offers? I doubt it in this market. If it had offers before today, why didn't you call me beforehand or tell me there were already offers before taking my details? Why are you still advertising it as available? What a waste of buyers time. Unsubscribed and will avoid homes advertised by Bridges in the future as I just don't trust they are really for sale at all!
