Anton Harvey is an arrogant individual who we had the displeasure of dealing with when we let a property. The property was actually listed with another BM branch, even though it was supposed to be with this one. The lady from the branch we contacted had to constantly chase and ask Anton for keys to show us the flat, as he was loath to let her deal with the property as she wasn't from 'his' branch. She dealt with delays, bullying tactics and anger from Anton which made us uncomfortable on her behalf. On move in, he gave us a non working key and when mentioned he was sarcastic and insinuated I wasn't using it properly. After snatching it off me and trying it himself he had to agree it was faulty. We find him unpleasant and rude to deal with. He thinks that tenants are beneath him and is generally a bit of a bellend. The property was overpriced and poorly maintained.

Awful experience with this location and company in General from start to finish! No accountability, as stories did not match those of the landlords and was just basically passing the buck, with blatant disregard for the contract. Over 1 week past the security deposit repayment date, and not even an apology. My advise is to save yourself from the additional headache, as agencies are meant to ease the process and not complicate. Trying to find the silver lining but there is none for this place. Sorry.

Anton Harvey was amazing, he was really professional and a hard worker, often calling out of hours because he had been busy but was conscientious and wanted to make sure he got back to me. Anton was always extremely personable and lovely to deal with. Anton had the difficult task of getting our tenants signed up just before lockdown and he did everything possible to ensure it all went to plan. Worst agency EVER! DAYNA and ANTON. We gave our notice, paid in advance, to move in on 20th of July and they kept delaying.. on 25th of July (today) they just don't answer the phone. The day before they said they were waiting for the landlord. DAYNA had all the documents since the begining of the month, went on holidays and didn't pass the information to her coleague ANTON. Anton took a week and half to process the documents and references and till today didn't gave us an answer. Super unprofessional. I do not recommend their services.

Alex Breen was a wonderful person and though he is new he did his job very well. He managed to find us a property that we love In a short amount of time and is still doing his best to help us win this property. We went to a viewing with him and since the second we arrived he was extremely nice to us. I can confirm he knows how to do his job very well and any time we had any questions about the property he was always opened to talk with us and make sure our inqueries were answered.
