I’ve been carrying out reactive maintenance works and pre-occupation (pre-OC) works for 1stAvenue, and the experience has been excellent. Communication is clear and work is well organised. The team is professional, supportive and always provides the information needed to complete jobs efficiently from the property management team (Skye, Nik, Reese, Josh (Pre oc team), Pheonix). I would be happy to continue working with them and would recommend them to other contractors.

GoogleI have recently moved to Pinnacle Apartments in Croydon through 1st Avenue and experience has been nothing short of amazing. Mr. Prashant Bhoir was exceptional, professional and not only did he showcased the flat, he also took the effort of showing me another flat which was not planned and I ended up finalising the latter. He is clam and patient in response and very approachable. He guided me latter through various amenities, informed me about the all possible cost and was very honest on all my questions. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you for going that extra mile.

GoogleI had a lovely experience viewing the property, the agent was so nice, communicative and had a positive energy. She made it feel less like a viewing and more entertaining. Best viewing I’ve experienced. She took her time to explain everything i needed to know. I forgot her name, but when you meet her you will know.

GoogleAbsolutely shocked by the scam-like experience with 1st Avenue. We paid nearly £10,000 upfront (deposit, 1 month’s rent, and 6 months in advance) before our move-in date, yet were denied the keys without any prior notice on our move in day. We were left stranded on the streets with all our luggage, leading to a panic attack and an emergency hospital visit. Totally unprofessional, unsafe, and deeply disappointing.

Thanks for your comments. I'm sorry that getting all the money agreed on time was not as simple a process as we would both have liked, this took so long and we could have managed your expectations to a better degree. Please accept our apologies for the problems you had moving in.

TrustpilotMassive kudos to Phoenix Endacott
Massive kudos to Phoenix Endacott, very capable of his job - patient and responsible. The operation and the seniors tho -Severe delay communication between the agency and the contractor, as tenant I had to follow up myself with the contractor, and the issue took a month to fix. Another massive delay due to 'wait for their solicitor'. Should've had better preparation before any regulation/law update.

GoogleI recently rented an apartment through 1st Avenue in Croydon, and I am extremely pleased with the experience. The property matched the photos on the website perfectly, with every detail accurately represented, which made it easy to envision as my new home. Prashant Bhoir was my main point of contact throughout the process and he was exceptionally helpful and supportive. He went over and above his duty and helped throughout the entire process.
