Since 11th of May 2009 1st Avenue Avenue have been looking after my London GMV property portfolio. I would first of all like to thank Paul Endacott and his team for an excellent job through the years. Recent I got to deal with Josh, and he blew me away with his attitude attention to detail and "massive hands on approach". Most of my portfolio is in the south West of the UK and West of Ireland and I don't get to London very often. So I depend on Josh and the team at 1st Avenue to make sure that tenant management is seamless and a lot can go wrong /amiss especially at pre check in for the new tenants. Josh personally oversaw the painting and decorating of the latest property to switch tenants, as well as acquiring matteress, microwave and various bits and pieces. And then he sent me a video, just to reassure me that it was all fine. That bit just there is worth a million dollars. So thank you Joshua and your team. Best wishes John Griffin

Since I’ve already left one estate agency review today, I thought, for good measure, I’d make it two… This one is for Mr Josh Endacott, Senior Associate at 1stAvenue Lettings, Saffron Square, Croydon. Josh, very unexpectedly, went above and beyond the normal remit of his role, to solve a problem which wasn’t even his to solve, and did it with such a one-punch knockout of exceptional customer service wonder, that the issue was immediately resolved. Even Connor McGregor would be utterly terrified to bring his lettings problems anywhere near Josh and his phenomenal customer service abilities. Thanks Josh for being an absolute hero!

I had worst experience with them. They advertised two apartments (Saffron Square) available on rightmove/zoopla and I was interested in both. I called them and provided all profile details over a call and requested viewing. After 2 days, I followed up with them as no response received. I messaged them again in 2 days and they started requesting profile information again!! 1 week wasted and received no response whereas I called other agency and they completed all steps from viewing to final agreement within a week time. I won't recommend this agency for people looking actively.

Easy first time renting experience
