I would recommend Benham & Reeves , we have used them for many years for renting our property in Highbury North London , they always give a first class service very proactive and honest advice. From day one when they started renting out our property I don't think we have ever had more than a couple of weeks of a void period if that. They carry out all the due diligence on the tenants and to date have all been professional people. I would like to make a special mention to Ivan Hrissimov who I have built up a good working relationship over the years.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Even worse lettings negotiators!! Especially Dele Lawal!! At what point does the boy not realise that prospective clients pay both the company’s and his financial remuneration. A really lax negotiator who seemingly has no interest in letting properties. No communication skills, no customer service skills and above all a lack of customer service! I would not recommend this company if they were the last lettings agent on the planet!!

When i first bought the property ,B&R found my first tenant who stayed there more than ten years without any problems. Then ,they found the second tenant who is also very reliable. Benham & reeves (West Hampstead branch) We’ve spent maybe 8 months looking for a flat to rent, and used probably 8 different estate agencies at that point - but it all changed when we went to Benham & reeves in West Hampstead. I cannot express how amazing they are !! Abbie White is a credit to the company. She was professional, and managed to accomplish what 8 other companies couldn’t in the space of one day !! She was amazing at communicating to us all the way, always there when we needed her to answer our questions and I am so thankful to her for helping us get our dream flat. Mark was the sweetest agent. In very short notice, he fitted me in for a viewing and I live here now so you know the rest. He was easy to contact with one of the shortest response times you can ever imagine and checking in when necessary. We were renting for the first time in London and Maria really made sure we understood everything that was required. I felt the need to apologise because I was asking so many questions but Maria made me understand I could go on and on. Her response time as well was amazing. When I have friends relocating, I’ll be sure to check with them if they have any properties first.
