Chancellors have been average in the dealings we've had, but the one person that has been exceptional, is Shana Tolsma, who is the senior property manager, who has looked after any issues with our property whilst we have been letting. She has always been very attentive and prompt in responding to issues and always with a positive attitude.

GoogleHaving dealt with many estate agents it was quite refreshing to come across Enzo Gemmoni at Chancelllors. He was trustworthy in his approach and friendly. He did not invade our private space while we looked at the house and did not over do the selling. He came round the house with us and let us get on with looking. He was quick off the mark with all of the due dillegence that was needed once our offer was accepted. He accompanied us on a 2nd viewing and was friendly and helpful once again. Having bought and sold around 7 houses in the last 15 years, I would suggest a few more agents take a leaf out of his book. As a business owner, it would be nice to see Enzo with his own agents one day. Keep up the good work Enzo
