GoogleI loved working with Lucy and Rihanna on finding my rental flat! I usually have a million questions and I was calling them up so much I had to apologies for it and Rihanna simply said “please don’t apologies, we are here to answer your questions and help you so keep calling us!”. This was so different from my past experiences, I was pleasantly surprised. I felt very supported from the first time I talked to them all the way to signing the contract! And they are still there to answer my questions and help me out even after signing! I strongly recommend this branch and in particular Lucy and Rihanna as they truly go above and beyond for their customers!

GoogleI recently sold my house, in Chessington, with Your Move Surbiton. I dealt with both Pascal and Derek. The service they provided was excellent. Pascal was instrumental in setting up the sale, able to field questions and extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. Derek got the sale to completion, extremely professional and able to help with any issue, aided by his expert knowledge of the local housing market. They both did a fantastic job, consistent in their approaches and high standards. I always felt like they had my needs and best interests at the heart of everything they did. If you’re thinking of selling and/or buying, you need look no further.

GoogleYour Move did a great job with my recent house purchase. Pascal was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the initial sale. I'd like to especially thank Keith, who did a brilliant job of seeing through the process from agreement to completion - this got delayed by some legal issues along the way, but Keith was really patient and professional while coordinating between me and the sellers throughout the process and was key to getting the deal over the line. I'm very happy with the service.

GoogleDelighted with the service provided by the Surbiton Office of Your Move and especially by Derek Baker. Very quick to set up an ‘open house’ viewing for prospective purchasers and provided great feedback, analysis and advice about the received bids. Despite an initial set back an alternate was quickly identified and the process progressed in a timely manner. I was kept up to date with developments with regular communications both via email and on the phone. Derek dealt with the entire process professionally and diligently, moreover, I felt that he was taking a personal interest in helping get the sale past the finish post. Exchanged contracts today but Derek is still working in my best interests sorting out evidence of meter readings prior to completion. I have used the Surbiton office a couple of times now and have been extremely pleased with the quality of service provided by the sales staff. I wish everyone I deal with was as invested in delivering excellence.

GoogleWorked closely with Litan and Michael who helped me through a first time buyer process, and I must say, they were excellent. Very communicative, and helped push through the deal in quick time. We dealt with a few estate agents locally throughout the process, but Your Move certainly came across the most organised, easiest to work with, and honest bunch.

GoogleI had a excellent experience with Your Move Surbiton. Pascal was the person who initially handled my case and made the negotiations for the property purchase. He was very helpful, informative, contactable and made the experience very very easy and stress free!! After the price was agreed with the Seller, Keith (Branch Manager) dealt with the process of the sale. The sale was a complicated chain, where many stakeholders needed to be aligned in order for the chain to go through. Keith managed the sale excellently and that is why we managed to meet the deadline for the stamp duty holiday (with a week to spare)!!
