GoogleIf you want to sell your house in Surbiton quickly and efficiently look no further than Seymours. The team are professional and make the whole process a stress free scenario. A local rival had my property for 4 months with no joy, moved to Seymours and they sold it in 4 days for £20k more than I was ever offered. Sam Brown, my point of call, was excellent on all levels. The agency have very good understanding of the area and have multiple options in Surbiton and are one of the best agents in that part of the town. GoogleWe’ve bought our first house via Seymour, everything went smoothly and quickly, we managed to complete just in time so we hadn’t pay the Stump Duty in full and had additional time to move in our new home without a hassle. GoogleGreat customer service and really helpful team at the Surbiton branch. Samantha was so efficient to ensure flat was rented out in no time. Many viewings were arranged unlike other agencies. I was guided and kept informed while I am abroad to ensure the tenants moved with no hassle. All in all highly recommended and the best estate agency in Surbiton.

The sale process was relatively straightforward in a difficult market, and John was always on hand for queries and advice. We would definitely use Seymours again, though this is unlikely as we love our home so much!
