Annalise Beer and the moving in team helped us progress the all the minefield of tasks with renting a flat and helped us secure a property. I would reccomend them for lettings and house sales.

GoogleVery friendly staff and quick response although I do have one concern where I had only made a small enquiry and was then flooded with emails and calls and voicemails for weeks after. I do appreciate the time and effort but not the flooding of emails and calls.

GoogleI wish my experience had been as good as others with Seymours. We had an offer accepted on a property which the vendor had plenty of time to consider and was happy with, but we where unfortunately gazumped in the same week.

By law, all offers (regardless of when they are received) have to be submitted to the owners in writing, and the owners are the only people that can make the final decision. We know this doesn't help you in any way, but we also share your frustration! The law can be complicated and frustrating at times. We hope this doesn't put you off from finding the home of your dreams and we are always here to help to the best of our abilities.

GoogleI recently sold my flat through Seymours in Surbiton and I was really impressed with the service. They were a breath of fresh air compared to other estate agents I’d encountered before - they kept me informed, were optimistic and realistic about the price we could achieve on our property, and they marketed the property well too, sending round someone to take a video as well as photos of the flat. I spoke to various members of the team including John, Nick, Craig and Sam, and all struck me as honest and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for selling your property.
