GoogleI have just completed the process of buying a flat through Seymours and they have been amazing to work with. From the beginning, Sam was helpful, prompt and very friendly. He helped us at all stages and went out of his way to support us and ensure that the buying processes went without a hitch and as quick as possible. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with Seymour’s, both as a renter and as a prospective buyer. During a property purchase, I later became aware of a serious issue (subsidence) that I believe should have been disclosed much earlier in the process. This left me feeling misled and frustrated.

After sales service poorWe purchased the property from Woking Branch, on April 21st, we had to ask for your sign to be removed 3 times, on the 4th occasion it was finally moved after 6 weeks. I have also noticed Seymour signs dumped in hedges, you should do something about your service of removing boards.

There certainly seems to be an issue either caused by our delay in communicating with our board contractor or the contractor's delay in delivering a service. Not ideal to know that there are also boards not where they should be, but this is most often caused by late-night revelers pulling them up and repositioning them in random locations and then us not knowing where to find them! Definitely room for improvement and one we will look into. Thanks again for sharing the information with us.

Their representative who took me around was charming and helpful. I have since made an offer on a house through them. The follow up and response to my enquires is exemplary.

Terrible experience using Seymours to sell our house. We had nothing but issues with our buyers and actually found out that once we had agreed a sale - Seymours were still showing our buyers around properties behind our back!We managed a quick sale though a smaller estate agency that cared about their customers and actually got us a much better price. I would never use them again unfortunately.

GoogleGreat customer service and really helpful team at the Surbiton branch. Samantha was so efficient to ensure flat was rented out in no time. Many viewings were arranged unlike other agencies. I was guided and kept informed while I am abroad to ensure the tenants moved with no hassle. All in all highly recommended and the best estate agency in Surbiton.
