GoogleMy wife and I are extremely grateful to Nick, Sam and John for all of their hard work in securing the sale of our house and the purchase of another. They worked tirelessly and with great humour in the face of my constant bombardment of telephone calls. They secured a sale extremely quickly and smoothed out the wrinkles in the chain to ensure completion took place as quickly as possible, bearing in mind various probate and funding issues with which other links in the chain were faced. Without the assistance of Seymours in harrying the various solicitors and parties to the transaction, I am fairly certain that the various transactions would have been delayed, possibly to the point of collapse. A big thumbs up. Thanks, guys - we were delighted with your service and are very happy in our new home!

GoogleHaving experienced average to poor service from estate agents in the past, I didn't expect anything different when I recently decided to buy a property. However Craig Custance from Seymours Surbiton was fantastic; we had a few tricky problems that needed to be unravelled during the process and Craig was tenacious, proactive, communicative and thoroughly professional throughout. I can highly recommend Seymours in general and Craig in particular.

Having spent over a year looking at various properties via various Estate Agents, including Seymours Woking, and failing to find my ideal, I received urgent calls to my landline, mobile, e-mail from a very excited negotiator desperate that I view a property before it was fully marketed, he thought it exactly what I was looking for. It was! Full credit for having accurately judged my taste. It was a tortuously extended buying process but Seymours kept in touch and now I'm happily living in a place that I love. A while after it was time to sell my original house. I was most impressed with the attitude and approach of the Marketing Director who valued my house, he completely understood what I was trying to achieve sale wise and made sensible, useful suggestions. He took some really excellent pictures, got his team working from their lists of people looking for similar properties and it sold on the first day of marketing to the first viewer. Really can't better that! All the team are friendly and involved and certainly for me Seymours have performed to a very high standard in every respect.

Over a difficult 9 months during which the house we wished to purchase collapsed, due to the chain breaking twice we were supported by the experienced and professional advice of our Seymour’s Client Relationship Manager - Amy Sandys. The promptness of her responses and information supplied helped my wife and I weather our move thorough difficult times.
Thanks James. Sales transactions seem to be taking longer and longer which is why we now have dedicated client relationship managers such as Amy on hand. Don't know what we'd do without her! Pleased it's all gone well and maybe we'll see you again in the future, however long that maybe. Keep well.

We've used Seymours Horsell for 5 transactions now over several years; as well as all the searching in between. It always feels as though they actually enjoy their jobs and that shines through. They're passionate, knowledgeable and helpful. We wouldn't consider using anyone else - although hopefully we're done moving house now!
What lovely comments Nick. We really do enjoy the job but we also enjoy the Horsell neighborhood and all of its people, it feels like an extended family to us and we love to be a part of its success. The way your sale and potential purchase were handled lacked the clear communication, urgency, and care that you should have received. You couldn't dream up a more incompetent, rude and unprofessional company if you tried. They have absolutely no clue on the market place and pricing, the appear to be trained in providing the post passive aggressive and abusive service they can muster and lack any levels of service and professionalism.

I’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with Seymour’s, both as a renter and as a prospective buyer. During a property purchase, I later became aware of a serious issue (subsidence) that I believe should have been disclosed much earlier in the process. This left me feeling misled and frustrated.
