GoogleWhat a seamless, efficient and stress free experience in dealing with HJC. We bought our property from them back in 2017 and trusted them to assist us in the sale of the same this year. The team - Suzanne, Jordan and Nicky worked wonders at making the process as smooth as possible, keeping us updated at all times. Their knowledge of the housing market and the local area makes them the experts in their field. Thank you HJC! We wish you all the very best!

Our first purchase process became very protracted, and unfortunately the sale fell through. Suzanne revisited a previous interested party and was able to secure a new sale for us. Suzanne and the team kept us fully informed and were constantly chasing both sets of solicitors to secure completion by the date the new buyer was hoping for. We found the team very approachable and efficient and would have no hesitation in using their services again. We were very pleased.

GoogleRecently sold and bought through HJC. Despite the market being flat at the time, they had our house under offer within a month at a little under asking, and worked hard to keep things moving with our sale and purchase. Suzanne, Karen and Nicky in particular were very good. always somebody in the office to speak and/or they always called back quickly. They were really helpful at getting us access to the purchase property for surveys, measurements, visits etc to help the process move. HJC know their stuff about the market in Surbiton area and adopt a no nonsense approach which is refreshing! Give them a call.
Hi Chris, What a wonderful review! We are over the moon to receive such positive words. We hope you're really happy in your new home. Suzanne and the team.

GoogleBuying a property in the UK is anything but straightforward, between the paperwork, negotiations, and countless moving parts, it can feel overwhelming without the right support. That’s why having a great team behind you is essential, and we are incredibly grateful that the team at HJC were exactly that. From the very beginning, they kept us informed at every stage, answered all our questions (no matter how small), and went above and beyond to keep the process moving smoothly. It felt like they truly cared, and that’s rare. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HJC to anyone looking to buy or sell, they’re everything you need in an estate agent, and more.

GoogleSuzanne and the team at HJC did a brilliant job of selling our property. From start to finish, Suzanne partnered closely with us to ensure we found a suitable buyer - our house was on the market and sold within a couple of days. She then worked closely with us to ensure all parties were kept up to date as we sought to find our onward purchase - not easy as we were moving to a different city. I would highly recommend the team at HJC to anyone looking to sell in the Surbiton area.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe team at HJC were a pleasure to work with whilst selling our town house. They were extremely knowledgeable about not just the local area, but also our specific development, and we felt like we were in great hands all the way through the process. They were highly professional, personable and considerate with viewings (especially important to me with two young children!). We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family!
Hi Alice and Tom, It really does mean a lot that you noticed we went the extra mile. Best wishes, Suzanne and the Team.

GoogleHJC are amazing!! I've bought several properties and sold several through them and they are with you all the way! They are so diligent in making sure that the original estimate is market tested and think through the marketing strategies incredibly thoroughly, unlike I've seen elsewhere. They are friendly, supportive and informed! I really can't recommend them highly enough. Suzanne is a superstar, if you have her with you on your journey, it's going to be smooth running! Thank you to all al HJC!!
