GoogleHad such a great experience with Sara and Rosie from the lettings team at Hawes & Co. Great communication and we’re now happy and settled into our new home. Thank you!

GoogleI would strongly advise against Hawes & Co. They lured us to instruct them by overvaluing our flat. They then failed to produce a single viewing in the space of four months, even after lowering the price. We instructed another agent and had a vewing within a week. Then more and more viewings poured in, offers soon after, and we now have a buyer. In the mean time, the agent at Hawes & Co left and we were not even informed: nobody was looking after us for god knows how long. When we phoned in, all they cared about was to keep us on their book without doing any work to try and sell our flat. When I decided to give them notice, It took a week for me to speak on the phone to the branch manager, Sarah Walker, as clearly nobody cared. I later emailed her with a question, and to this day, over a month later, I still haven’t had a reply. In a nutshell, we wasted much time because of them, and their lack of courtesy really puts them to shame. There are many much better estate agents in Surbiton, so do avoid Hawes & Co.

GoogleHawes Estate Agents & Letting Management Services provide an exceptional service and their professionalism dwarfs the competition. Charlie handles my landlord matters with a prompt efficiency not experienced elsewhere and I simply would not work with any other company as the confidence Charlie provides me with covers each and every aspect of being a remote landlord

GoogleI used Hawes & Co to sell my house in Berrylands in 2019. Michael Gibson and his colleagues were knowledgeable and always friendly, responsive and helpful and worked hard to keep up a good number of viewings in an atypical market because of Brexit, etc. I would recommend them unreservedly.
Dear Pippa, thank you for the fantastic review! Best wishes, Max

GoogleI have dealt with both the Letting & Sales teams at Hawes, Surbiton, and have found them to be outstanding in every way. They are professional, efficient, polite, friendly and most obliging, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Even during the recent Covid-19 Lockdown, when many of the staff were either furloughed or working from home, I was kept fully informed of the situation regarding a property sale and they managed to complete a tricky sale in the most difficult of circumstances. My tenants also have nothing but praise for them, saying how considerate and good they are as agents, always responding to requests promptly. This company is a real gem. Thank you Hawes & Co. you are one of the best.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe team at Hawes and Co have offered unparalleled service, going above and beyond that we would have expected from an estate agent. Their advice and guidance throughout the sales process has been both commercial and based in sound common sense. Michael's advice and pragmatic problem solving helped us over the final hurdle which looked increasingly uncertain. I am generally not one for writing reviews but in this case felt it was the very least I do to recommend their services without hesitation.

GoogleWe have recently sold our property with Hawes & Co, and if we had to do it again I would not hesitate to get in touch. Greg, Liana, Michael and Toby are some of the most friendly and professional people I have come across. Having dealt with a few of the Surbiton estate agents in the past, these are are the best in the area in my opinion. They deal with things as a team, are super friendly and respond to matters promptly. Thanks to everyone at Hawes and Co surbiton!
