We recently purchased our new home through Hawes and Co, and were very satisfied with the experience. Sarah showed us round the flat for the first time, and continued to communicate with us all the way through, being a great point of contact with the sellers and always responding in a helpful and timely fashion.

Hawes and Co Thames Ditton A very hard working and thoroughly professional team. They were always very enthusiastic, encouraging and polite. Perhaps most important of all, they achieved a massive £110,000 more than Purple Bricks achieved with a similar sized house in the Close, over the same period. Economise at your peril. Many Thanks. I am a former Chartered Surveyor and have used many estate agents in the past. Hawes & Co were very efficient and professional in the sale of my property in Surbiton. Greg McHugh and Samuel with his contract chasing, were brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
