GoogleHawes & Co have been brilliant finding me a tenant for my rental flat. Rosie, Sara and Stephen have all been brilliant! Really good communication, answered all my questions so quickly - even the silly ones! Also really good advice with finding tenants and a smooth process overall. Couldn’t recommend them! The flat I rent out I actually bought through Hawes and Co some years ago and their sales team were brilliant then too! Thank you 🙏

TrustpilotHawes and Co were helpful
Hawes and Co were helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and always 'on hand' during my sale. We had one or two 'bumps in the road' on the way, but they were the perfect conduit between buyers, sellers and the legal teams. Thank you to Sarah at the Surbiton branch for all your assistance- professional but with a human touch.

We were really pleased with Hawes & Co from start to finish. They took note of our wishes and without being 'pushy' guided us through the selling and buying process which was at times quite fraught. Special mention to Marcus who was excellent and kept us regularly updated without fail with some great impartial advise when needed.

We managed to agree the price and Exchange within 3 weeks with a lot of help from Sarah and Liana going all the way to get the signed documents from the elderly Vendor and deliver them to the Solicitor.
