Great experience with Damian Anderson and Hawes & Co's Sales team

We recently bought our soon next home via Hawes & Co, and their services were amazing. Damian Anderson commitment towards their client, mediation making sure both ours and the seller requests were met, and understanding of our chain complication has been extremely helpful. We would definitely consider Damian and Hawes if we'll decide to sell again in the future.

Excellent help when it mattered!

Can't recommend enough. I dealt with Damian and John, who were both excellent. Genuinely helped every step of the way, always there to help and respond instantly. We secured our dream house and they were a huge part of us getting there. As a buyer can't ask for more and would use again, any time!!

From the first phone call about a property, George responded in a very personable, down to earth, but informative way. Making sure I was looked after all the way through the process and really taking time to listen, carved out Hawes and Co. as a unique company with a real interest in matching the right property to the right client. I recommend their services wholeheartedly.

Great Experience!

I would definitely recommend Hawes and Co. The agent I worked with, Ben Stanley, was excellent - very professional, helpful and responsive and fulfilled his promise of finding me a buyer. I have worked with a few other estate agents and Hawes been by far the best. I would certainly recommend them and look forward to working with Ben for my next sale, whenever that happens!

Morden property sale

Damian and Mahul have recently helped us sell our house. They were both extremely professional, contactable and trusted advisers. They proactively followed up with the buyer on multiple occasions and really helped move the exchange process along. It's fair to say they played a big part getting us over the line and in turbulent market this was greatly appreciated.

We had an outstanding service from Sarah and Richard at Hawes, especially when we lost our original buyer, and they found us another one. Thanks so much to all the team for their great work, and particularly to Richard for his dogged persistence at the end! We got there! Highly recommended.

I have to say Michael Gibson has helped me with much needed advice in these desperate times. This particular gentleman has given me advice regarding a property that i currently reside in and landlords are trying to risk our lives by getting in more tenants than they are allowed to. His advice really came in handy and i am a little relieved now. Will contact him again for future property queries.

Good Work Miran and Noor

Miran and Noor recently acted for us in the letting of a 2 bed flat. Following the drop out of our first prospective tenant they were able to find a replacement within 24 hours who was ready to take possession 7 days after the current tenant vacated. This minimised our void period whilst allowing sufficient time for the flat to be professionally cleaned

Great Service From Sarah At Hawes and Co Surbiton

I’m writing to describe some great service we had from Sarah Walker at Hawes and Co Surbiton. Ours was not a straightforward sale - without Sarah it would have fallen through but her pro activity and professionalism kept it all together through some challenging times. Just what you need from an Estate Agent.
