Our primary contact was Tom who was a really nice chap and also knowledgeable, balanced in his perspective, and not pushy - so just what we needed. The transaction got a little complex with some renegotiation necessary which the team dealt with very professionally. So all in all, very good.

GoogleRented out my flat with them. For the most part very professional, always friendly and polite. Sadly didn't get a few basics right, mostly around communication. Due to a miscommunication I wasn't aware a let had been agreed with anyone until quite far down the line, I was then invoiced for a service I had not requested (this was swiftly amended) and a welcome letter for my new tenants was not passed on with the keys as requested. A shame really as I had a pretty good experience buying the flat from them 12 years ago. These small, basic communications would have made all the difference to my experience this time around. *After a call from the agents about this review the miscommunication was clarified and, as usual, they were very polite and professional.

GoogleI bought a property sold by Tim at the Surbiton branch, he was helpful and all was smooth despite the whole transaction happening during the pandemic. All the staff I have dealt with have been a pleasure to deal with. Edited to add...... after a successful purchase I have subsequently used the letting department who have been superb in finding me a tenant for the property and organising everything required. Liz and co have really done a great job from start to finish and I certainly recommend this agency.

Googleabsolutely terrible estate agents, treat students like garbage, absolutely do not use this company. it took us well over a year to get our deposit back, and all official proceedings regarding any changes or fixes or moves during our contract were handled extremely slowly and not properly, our house was filled with mold our entire stay and they wanted to charge us £500 to get rid of it even though we asked multiple times during our stay for it to be dealt with, also many appliances were broken upon moving in, and we were lied to many times when trying to sort out any issue, BAD COMPANY! GoogleBooked a viewing and the house was nothing like the photos. Estate agent was a compulsive liar saying it came with all appliances however he was corrected by a current tenant who said they had to buy their own . Clearly the house isn’t even living condition mould is EVERYWHERE !!! Avoid avoid avoid !!!

GoogleI just bought a flat sold by Greenfield and felt supported by the agents every step of the way, especially when things got really stressful. They were amazing at showing the flat but it didn't stop at that, they were supportive until I got the keys after completion. I would definitely recommend!
