GoogleTheir property management arm is diabolical. They have no accountability, didn't return my calls and employ incompetent contractors to undertake works. The costs to enter and renew my contract appeared excessive for the required work; however the costs were probably in line with other suppliers.

GoogleDidn't abide by the lettings contract when it came to terminating the tenancy, left the house in a state of disrepair when things went wrong. Never performed repairs that were removed from the deposit. Would never rent a house from them again.

Staff ignorant and couldn't care less about our concerns, not doing their job properly, poor communication within the offices, not enough time or any sets of proper guidance or instruction given for processes, false hopes, Lying to us about processes, fees excessive!!!

YellAvoid Greenfield bt all costs, DO NOT USE
Staff rude and ignorant, fees excessive, poor communication with not enough time or instruction given for processes. They use Homelet referencing company who are beyond a joke. Even Latimer are better than these amateurs.
