GoogleI saw a house with Greenfield on Friday and we moved in 10 days later. I'd reached the end of my tenancy and was really quite worried about whether it would work out in time. However, the team at Greenfield, especially Laurence, worked very quickly and efficiently to manage everything in a timely manner. They were always ready to help too and were happy to answer any questions I had to relieve any issues. I would thoroughly recommend them over the other "chain" estate agents that are active in the area, I never got the same level of customer service. I'm very happy I found the house with them and will definitely use them again.

GoogleThomas was great - he was honest and trustworthy, which you don't always get with estate agents! It was easy to all be on the same page and chat, which again is hugely important when looking at buying a house. We had some negotiations to do with the seller and Thomas and the team were so supportive and proactive - and it all went pretty well. GoogleGood competent team who responds to queries quickly and processes paperwork quickly. Made it clear about how the property would be managed during the tenancy.
Would be useful to include more information in lettings ads and provide a clear list of what belongs to the landlord in the property as there were some items left behind that weren't mentioned during the viewing.
There were limitations regarding broadband which weren't known in advance. I believe this is something that should be discussed between landlord and agency then put into ads as most people do not want to be limited to slow WiFi. Another solution would be to say which utility companies/internet companies are recommended by the landlord before offer is made or contract is signed. It's ironic the referencing company used recommends virgin media but it is not allowed by the landlord. It is important for partnerships and clients to align in terms of goals. Now I have to cancel my virgin media broadband because of this.

GoogleStay away from Greenfield Office Surbiton . Well, in the beginning they re reachable all the time till the letting is agreed. After that I couldn’t reach them for 2 years during my tenancy. And now my tenancy ended but still no reply to my email or messages. It is unbelievable, the communication was inconsistent, essential details were withheld or delayed, and the entire process left me feeling misled and mistreated. We am already posting messages to all my groups to stay away from this company.

GoogleWhen we came to sell our central Surbiton family home, we wanted to appoint an estate agent who was appreciative of the historical nature of our house, as well as having the competency to deal with the complicated lease attached to our home. With Jason, Daniel, Robyne and the Greenfield team, we found that estate agent - they went above and beyond our expectations.
From the outset, Daniel and Jason over delivered. They were not only personable and professional, they also had a serious offer for us in just 4 days of the house going on the market - to whom we sold the house to.
Greenfield manged to sell our house just a week before lockdown - and working closely with us, our solicitors, and our buyer managed to complete in just 3 months. We were bracing ourselves for a long, drawn out process with lockdown, but the team at Greenfield once again over delivered and completed the sale in 'normal time' speed.
Our house is one of the oldest ones in Surbiton, and had a complex lease attached to it. The team at Greenfield were able to recommend a lease expert, and then we worked closely with Robyne at Greenfield to ensure that the lease was extended correctly and on time - and did not hold up the sale.
Robyne in particular was amazing - always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how trivial. My husband and I knew we were in a safe pair of hands with Robyne, and the rest of the team.
Jason was always happy to answer questions, and it is his personable, 'always on' approach that made selling our house much, much less stressful than I had thought it would be.
I would happily recommend the team at Greenfield - they take the 'estate agent' of estate agent and are more like a team of very professional friends who are on your side all the time.
