We used Greenfield for the sale of our house in Surbiton. Once we got past the slightly "hard sell" by the Director (the reason for 4, not 5 stars), their Sales Manager managed our expectations very sensibly, was professional, organised and personable when managing viewings and reporting to us with feedback, and handled negotiations with our buyer very well, securing us a sale much sooner than we had anticipated. The Sales Progressors were communicative and responsive from then until completion. I have recommended to friends.

I recently needed to renew the Tenancy Agreement on the flat I rent and was supported at Greenfield by Leanne Melbourn (Renewals Manager). Not only did Leanne make every effort to ensure the process went very smoothly and explained the process very clearly, but she carried out some excellent negotiations with my Landlord which meant that my monthly rent was far less than I expected based on what the current economic climate dictates. Leanne did all of this in a very friendly, efficient and professional manner which made things very easy for and I am very grateful to her as it kept me feeling settled. I have been with Greenfield for many years and would recommend them highly if you are looking to rent or buy.

Rented a lot around London and Greenfield have been by far the best agency I’ve encountered. From starting tenancy to managing any maintenance issues and to renewal I can’t really fault them - they’ve been prompt and proactive in responding to things and sorting out paperwork, and have dealt with any maintenance issues rapidly (they manage my property). Furthermore they’ve been flexible when I needed them to be (needed some additional time to do paperwork due to health issues and this was accommodated). In addition I appreciate that they will give updates unprompted if waiting for something to happen. They communicate well and that’s a rarity. So, in summary, all my experiences have been good. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
