GoogleStaff members at Greenfield are friendly and helpful. My first tenancy was secured by Lawrence. He and his colleague Jessica are kind and patient. They reply to emails promptly and explain things clearly. I am very happy with their service and professionalism.

GoogleWe recently bought our property, and Greenfield were acting for the sellers. We were extremely impressed by Elliot and Hayley - they were communicative, helpful and conveyed our messages to the sellers well in order to get the deal over the line. If we ever come to sell in the future, we would look to use them!

GoogleRented a lot around London and Greenfield have been by far the best agency I’ve encountered. From starting tenancy to managing any maintenance issues and to renewal I can’t really fault them - they’ve been prompt and proactive in responding to things and sorting out paperwork, and have dealt with any maintenance issues rapidly (they manage my property). Furthermore they’ve been flexible when I needed them to be (needed some additional time to do paperwork due to health issues and this was accommodated). In addition I appreciate that they will give updates unprompted if waiting for something to happen. They communicate well and that’s a rarity. So, in summary, all my experiences have been good. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
