GoogleVery helpful, as a student I was struggling alot to find a house that's a good price and spacious, but Amelia helped me out find a well priced house near town. Amazing communication and support from Sonia who helped us out with the small questions and setting things up. Looking forward to moving in, in July. I'm not worried that the Dexter's team will help me out throughout my tenancy. Keep up the work guys.

Sonia leads a good team, has helped us to find a tenant within days @ asking rent, and completed the pre-tenancy work efficiently. She has also recommended to us her property management team to give us a full peace of mind after letting. They have always been professional and assisted me with negotiating rent increases when needed and finding reliable and trustworthy tenants and helping me find cost effective value for money repairs and maintenance contractors.
