FacebookNot great. Cant provide safe secure housing and won’t provide details in order to secure home insurance. I would go with someone else.

FacebookLove Chancellors as they provided great service and communication! Recently, Lorna Blizard MARLA the senior property manager did great job on our tenancy renewal and have always keeping us updated. We've been in touch with Chancellors a few times before during our two year tenancy and they always send someone right away if anything needed to be fixed. Great job Chancellors and please keep up the good work! :)

FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.

FacebookAfter agreement termination ( 5 years ) ,we have been charged renewal (? ) fee which would have been paid by July 2016.What ? Now its 2017 year. It was their responsibility to ensure that we receive the invoice by then .We never received it.So,they desided to charge us now. Overall, terrible organisation .Bad experience. Will not recommend this agency to anyone. Best wishes, Aurelija
