From the first call to Chancellors, and speaking to a very helpful Georgina, she has made this already an easier decision. I have never had to leave messages to call me back, and any questions I had were answered with detail. I will be making an appointment soon.

Googlecalled them this morning about a house to rent Tudor Drive, Kingston Upon Thames KT2 He promise some body will call you within an hour nobody call me back called them again he lie to me the guy on letting is Off today. called them again arround 4pm they booked an appointment for next day. I realise they are liar don't believe any of reviews are from the customers

FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.

FacebookAfter agreement termination ( 5 years ) ,we have been charged renewal (? ) fee which would have been paid by July 2016.What ? Now its 2017 year. It was their responsibility to ensure that we receive the invoice by then .We never received it.So,they desided to charge us now. Overall, terrible organisation .Bad experience. Will not recommend this agency to anyone. Best wishes, Aurelija
