Then he sent the whole team round( Fadi,Jake & Luke ) to Familiarise themselves with the house, which is a good idea.
The house went live on Monday and we had an offer by Thursday.

GoogleI called Fadi personally to help me find a house because he was so fantastic when we had bought our last house 6 years ago. At that time he had worked really hard to find what we wanted and this time he made sure that I had found a house and had my offer accepted within 3 working days. I sent him an email on Sunday night and had a house by Wednesday.
I know I was lucky but it was also because Fadi really listened to what I wanted and made sure that he fulfilled the brief. He called me consistently and made sure that I could view the houses as soon as possible.
He will always be my first port of call if I need to find a property.
