GoogleDisgracefull company and landlord. Don't bother yourself unless you want a moulded bathroom ceiling covered in paint to disguise the mould. We rented a 2 bed flat for 2,5 years and looked after it as if it is our own, changed see through curtains to blinds, lights which kept on banging against doors to spotlights etc....Our landlord suddenly thinks it's a good time to sell and him and agency have shown no cooperation in us moving. They decided to give same check out time as check in time to our new house to ensure they can charge us a day rate and to top it off. Our current estate agent knew we had to leave and were looking for a new property and received no support to help us find anything, completely useless.

GoogleWorked with Dexters, primarily Luke Boyd, for our house purchase in Sunbury this spring/summer, and had a very positive experience.
Luke demonstrated an excellent understanding of what we were looking for and suggested viewing for only those places that we would like. As a result, we didn't have to go through several viewings to find the house we liked. While the home buying process was long (due to an ongoing chain), Luke had pre-warned us at the onset, and kept us updated throughout the process.
Luke also put us in touch with a competent & price competitive solicitor to help us with completing the purchase.
Post purchase and moving into the new house, we still had several questions for the previous owners which Luke helped us get a quick response to.
Overall we've had a very very positive experience of dealing with Luke. He is a very pleasing, professional and competent individual.
We also appreciated all the help from rest of the Dexters Sunbury team and the office manager Nick. They all were a pleasure to deal with - very professional and always very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.
