Annoying agent. Will contact you from all of their branches, spam you with emails. You get emails about properties that are more than 25% above your budget but the email doesn't contain the price. They do this just to make you call. Not only that but the negotiator I am dealing with, Fadi, wasted my time. Booked us in to see a property that since coming on the market had been half torn-apart by the owner/developer. Photos did not reflect this at all, and Fadi hadn't told us, nor had they told the person showing us around. This, after I'd travelled more than hour to see the place. Couple that with requesting a nice review when we've literally had a single conversation, and no viewings. Well, viewings done, not only were my requirements poorly matched and the person showing us around poorly informed, but they were hurried and rude. I felt like I was being rushed through every property as fast as possible just so they could leave early from work or something. I'm incredibly irritated already and its been less than two weeks of dealing Dexters.
