Absolute shambles. I wish I could take the stars away. They do nothing apart from robbing people without giving the service. Started with Daniel from the Sunbury office who promised us of great customer service and communication. Daniel along with his team at sunbury hardly communicated and their specialist team had no clue when they spoke to me over the phone. A sale that would normally take couple of months took over five months to complete. When I layed the frustation out to the senior directors they first asked me to pay their fees. Once I paid the fees they just told me to that there is nothing they can do. Plz plz plz do not deal with this company. You will regret your decision for ever

I was delighted with the excellent service I received from Declan Hartigan at Chancellors. I called one morning on the off chance there were any vacant properties to view that afternoon and he arranged a viewing within a couple hours. I loved the property and was able to make an application in minutes. The entire process has been smooth as Declan has kept me well-informed and immediately answered any queries I've had. Also, the entire process was completed within a week! The help and efficiency I have received from Chancellors has taken the stress away from moving house!

I rent a flat via Chancellors and I have not seen people more UNPROFESSIONAL in my whole life. They only care about taking your money at the beginning of the process and making up ridiculous excuses to keep the money of your deposit at the end. NEVER AGAIN!

I found Stephanie & Ben the lettings team at Chancellors in Sunbury to be very professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble to answer my questions regarding potential tenants and viewings ensuring that they kept me informed of activity, finding the right tenant for my property. The lettings support team were also efficient in sending paperwork to be signed and again keeping me informed of the tenancy application progress until moving date. Very impressed with Jayne & Claire at Chancellors. They arranged an open day at my flat before it had even made it online. It was based on their portfolio of clients interested in properties like mine within the location. On the open day they had 9 viewings. In the meantime they arranged to have pictures of my flat ready to market. The speed at which they sold my property was amazing as within a week I had a large number of offers (from the open day); they helped me validate the offers, ensuring the chosen buyer wasn't messing me around. Having confirmed my buyer I expected the property to hit completions in around 8-12 weeks as advised by my solicitor, however with the help of Rebecca (also from Chancellors, dedicated contact between the buyer & sellers) they manage to process the sale within 5 weeks... Very Happy client... Thank you both :)

absolutely appalling service. i cancelled the contract with them within the 14 days period due to a change in circumstances. they never even visited the property to take photos and it was never placed on rightmove. what followed was 4 months of debt letters, demanding paying costs. now been sent a county court letter. completely ignored when i challenged the costs, taken off in under 7 days. disgusting level of service. NEVER use this agent.
