FacebookVery poor estate agents, takes ages to arrange viewings, agents don’t know important details about the properties so just talk about themselves the whole time, the lie about market interest in properties to try and rush you into a decision, will be avoiding and properties for sale that they are the agents for

FacebookPoor communication. Slow at getting things done. Don’t come back to you. Bad photography and then when we tried to exit our contract under the cooling off period they told us this was not relevant as we signed online and not in person!!! Would never recommend anybody to think about using them. Very unprofessional company. Very bad experience. Utterly disgusted with the company as a whole. So we had no viewings the whole time it was marketed. and now they are trying to sting us for £400!!! This has left a really bitter taste in my mouth. I know a lot of people in the area looking to sell and will definitely not be recommending you to anyone. They also left a full blown photograph of our 4 year old daughter online on the details and wondered why we asked for the property details to be removed from the website !!!

GoogleSometime last week I made an viewing appointment to see renting property in Sunbury On Thames post code TW16, I met up with a lady called Hannah Amirjani. I have told her I am very interested in the said property. She has told me that she’ll email me with the application., which she didn’t, and said that before she’ll send it, they’ll be more people that will view back to back on the property in 32 King George Close, Sunbury-on-thames, TW16 7NW, which is fair enough. She sounded very nice on the phone but when we came and saw her, she was very cold and not helpful at all. After a day, I was wondering why she didn’t send me the application nor got back to me. Now what really made me fuming and angry is the way she handle with the situations. When I ask for the update today, Hanna’s colleague then said she’ll get back to me, and this is how I got really upset and very angry. Hannah’s then told her colleagues that the property is gone after she had a word with her in a spam of second. I feel that this is the second time that Hannah Amirjani dealt with me in a very discriminating way. I am very angry and upset because she kept my hopes up and she made my lovely wife really upset too. of getting this rental property She has wasted my time for the second time. To top it all up I am now in the verge of telling everyone not to deal with this company, specially with this Chancellor Sunbury branch with this Hannah Amirjani person.

GoogleVery impressed with Jayne & Claire at Chancellors. They arranged an open day at my flat before it had even made it online. It was based on their portfolio of clients interested in properties like mine within the location. On the open day they had 9 viewings. In the meantime they arranged to have pictures of my flat ready to market. The speed at which they sold my property was amazing as within a week I had a large number of offers (from the open day); they helped me validate the offers, ensuring the chosen buyer wasn't messing me around. Having confirmed my buyer I expected the property to hit completions in around 8-12 weeks as advised by my solicitor, however with the help of Rebecca (also from Chancellors, dedicated contact between the buyer & sellers) they manage to process the sale within 5 weeks... Very Happy client... Thank you both :)

GoogleBen and the whole team were great in helping me find a flat in the area, letting me know about all the fees upfront, keeping me informed of all the developments, and always taking the time to talk to me whenever I had any questions. It was great to have such a friendly and helpful team on my side when I was moving into the area at very short notice and on a tight schedule. Made the whole process a lot easier. Love my new flat too!

GoogleWe were very impressed with the team at Chancellors. They arranged for our house to be sold via an open house which was really convenient for us in terms of time and also in preparing our house for sale. The photographers that they use are first class and they set our house out beautifully. Lewis who hosted the open day was excellent. He was fully prepared and had all of the information about the house to hand. He came round early and made sure he knew about all of the features and benefits and he gave us a lot of confidence. We secured multiple offers and received above asking so overall I cannot fault the team for the work they have done for us.

GoogleI would highly recommend Chancellors in Sunbury as an agent. I have just sold my property and the agents worked very hard in getting me sold! They were very professional, affable and helpful; keeping in touch every week through their 'vendor care' service. From the beginning right up until the sale they kept me informed and were patient with any questions that I had. I would like to make a special mention to both Gary and Peter who worked relentlessly in marketing my property and booking in prospective buyers. They have made this stressful process very easy and I commend their outstanding hard work!

FacebookVery dishonest and unprofessional letting agents - possibly the worst of all. They have no clue what they are doing. Being a landlord for 10 years, I have never seen anyone like them and would definitely avoid them at all costs. Unfortunately, I had to learn it the hard way which costed me 2 months rent and loss of personal time chasing rent arrears from a tenant all because of their fault which they agreed to but gone back on it and denied to pay the losses.

FacebookThe worst Estate Agents I have ever dealt with in 10 years. So unprofessional and no one seems to have the slightest clue. I am constantly chasing for updates and reports that are outstanding. I am confused as to what I am paying for. Would definitely not renew my contract.

FacebookI have genuinely never encountered such bad customer service. Once an offer accepted they literally don't care about their clients. They don't keep in contact or chase up the buyers and they hand you over to a separate office so noone seems to know what's going on.

They are SO inept, unbelievably arrogant, inordinately incompetent and even with numerous court demands, they refused to engage. At your peril.
