GoogleI'm disappointed!!! because of the unprofessional behaviour of one of your agents!!!!we were looking for a property that you have on market since months .We called several times because we loved that house and someone told us that once the owner allowed people for the viewing we would be called.The house few days ago was marked as under offer and we didn't know..not a call ..nothing !!!

FacebookI bought a flat from chancellors. Basically had no contact from them in the 5 months the property took to complete and my emails were ignored. When the property completed they didn't have the keys to the back door. This despite the fact they had used a key to show us outside during the viewing. Liars trying to cover up the fact they had lost keys. Would use a different more professional estate agents.

GoogleI’m actually amazed at how bad this office is. Once you’ve signed up the customer service and help disappears. Staff just simply don’t care and the managers are even worse- (lettings) and I’m a landlord btw!!

FacebookThe worst possible agents I have ever had the misfortune to know. They refuse to organise any viewings to anyone other than a cash buyer ! Where do they expect you to live when your house is sold ? The rudest,most condescending,arrogant people in the world. Are chancellors trying to control the whole property market with their aggressive tactics?I would never market a property with them as they refuse to allow viewings.

FacebookI would be very careful about letting a property through Chancellors. We sadly used them for a year and found them to be of very little help. It appears that they allow tenants to damage your property whilst living there and give you zero support in claiming this money back out of the deposit. They act through a sub company called Thameside management and the staff there are neither knowledgable or helpful.

FacebookI do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.

Googlewe made an offer on 11 scotts avenue sunbury and our offer was accepted and they refuse the remove the advert as they claimed "this is our company policy" after 30 days when all my papers was ready to go they sold the property to someone else at higher price ***BE AWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY**

GoogleCowboys in suits!!! Possibly the most unprofessional bunch in Sundbury On Thames. 'Chance - rs' being the optimum terminology. These guys are just after a fee. Sales people are supposed to listen to their customers, these guys clearly are over worked and under paid. Having a GO. NEVER AGAIN. NOT CHANCING IT WITH CHANCELLORS. 6 MONTHS AND ONE OFFER (FACE IN HANDS).

FacebookZERO STARS. Simply the worst agency out there. Will not stop calling no matter how many times you tell them to remove you from their system. Do not give them your phone number let alone your property. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from any company EVER! Find and use a local agency - I’ve never had an issue with anyone except Chancellors!
