They also provided several new appliances in our flat for us that we thought we would have to buy. Mike Brogan who was our point of contact here has been brilliant, made our lives so much easier and always been on hand to help out whenever we needed it. GoogleJust moved last week into the new property but was enough to have a good impression about the agency. Since moved here in the UK that’s the best check-in we ever had. Might sound strange, but our previous experiences with the check-in were not on a good level (at all) as this one. I would like also to mention Mike for provided us an excellent service giving some helpful tips regarding the management of furnitures and making sure we had a clear idea on everything. Thank you.

GoogleI moved to Clan Gordon after a bad experience with a previous letting agent who were not able to manage relatively small maintenance issues culminating in a costly repair. Clan Gordon were extremely patient and helped me through the process of transferring the management of my property to them. They have been able to deal quickly and efficiently with maintenance issues. When the tenants handed in their notice they were able to offer advice for necessary work to be done prior to reletting the property. They carried out the work efficiently and turned around the flat extremely quickly and found tenants without even advertising! Everybody that I have dealt with from the team, Jonathan, Gillian, Natalie, Charlotte, Mike and Jen have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They even showed empathy and compassion when a family member was ill.

GoogleFirst time renter and after all my dealings with other landlords/estate agents I’m extremely happy with the service provided by yourselves. From the initial viewing to the tenancy agreement to the moving in and thereafter has all been extremely helpful and most professional. I was also highly impressed at the time between first viewing and moving in, which was 3 days. I’m more than happy I chose Clan Gordon for my first rental and hope to continue my high hopes of yourselves throughout my tenancy.

GoogleAfter reading all the reviews here we decided to trust Clan Gordon to help us find a place in Edinburgh and woah! Amazing experience! They helped us a lot and they have a great customer service. Plus for someone like me that hates using paper they do everything online! So there is no need to go and sign and come back and then file the contract, the inventory, etc... A special mention goes to Hannah for her attention following up and helping us with all the paperwork and also to Mike who welcomed us in our new place and made sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t recommend enough Clan Gordon!

GoogleClan Gordon managed my previous rental flat and they definitely provided a higher level of service than I have experienced with any other letting agency. Whenever there was an issue, Mike would send out a contractor as soon as possible to attend which was ideal! A totally pleasant and stress free renting experience. Never had any issues whatsoever, would 100% recommend Clan Gordon and would definitely choose them again in the future if I had the chance.

GoogleI've been renting a property through Clan Gordon for 10 months now and they have made the entire process very efficient and friendly. From the initial viewing I was welcomed into the property, given a very comprehensive overview of the flat and the area. When I then put in an application the staff were friendly and helpful. During my tenancy I hardly had any issues, they were prompt with emailing about maintenance and any work that was being done. When I decided to leave the staff were very accommodating and when I mentioned that I would be greatly for an early release, they were more than obliging. I would highly recommend Clan Gordon as a letting agent and I would definitely look to rent with them again.

Clan Gordon have managed my flat for over 3 years and have been invaluable - from getting the property ready to let and finding (and supporting) good quality tenants. As a physically remote landlord, I need a reliable, trust-worthy agent, who is responsive and open. I've let flats in London and Glasgow in the past, and have been underwhelmed by the service provided by the letting agents. Clan Gordon have been great. No issues, no surprises and I am completely confident that they are across everything

GoogleI had a very positive experience working with Clan Gordon. They were responsive, kind, and professional throughout the tenancy process (before, during, and after). They communicated well and were efficient in all things related to my tenancy. They were among the most helpful letting agents with whom I spoke in trying to find a flat at a very busy time in Edinburgh. Highly recommend!

GoogleI have experienced nothing but carelessness and a lack of professionalism from this agency. Upon searching for rental properties online, I happily came across a 2 bedroom flat advsertised by Glan Gordon which fit my living requirements for which I immediately contacted the company directly and scheduled a viewing. However, on the day in which the viewing was supposedly taking place, no one showed up at the agreed location wasting my time and not warning me of any appointment alterations/ cancellations. Following this episode, I attempted to contact the agency to enquire about the situation via email in the hopes that it had all been part of a misunderstanding, however they chose to IGNORE the situation and not respond to my email. I do not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service, thanks to them I still dont have a flat to live in and was left without answers. Its always easier to turn a blind eye, right?

I have investigated your comments to establish the chain of events that contributed to your experience as we would never purposefully inconvenience or ignore an applicant. The viewing that you had scheduled was cancelled as the property was let earlier that day and every applicant was phoned/ left a voicemail advising that the property was no longer available. We have a record on our system noting that a voicemail was left on the number that you provided. With regard to your email, this was received at the same time as an almost identical email from your friend (Nasima) who I believe had attended the viewing on your behalf. An email was sent to Nasima apologising and explaining that a voicemail had been left on your phone, and offering further assistance to secure a property if required. We apologise that this message was not sent to you also, and that you feel our level of service has not met our usual high standards.

GoogleI’m very happy with the apartment I’m renting through Clan Gordon, but just as much, I am happy with the people at Clan Gordon. They have always responded to any of my questions and concerns promptly and in a friendly manner. In a clear way, they talked me through the process of signing the lease. And when I had a few minor issues to be fixed when I moved in, they had these repaired without any trouble. Just excellent service.
