GoogleWe were solely purchasing not selling, all the staff I spoke with were always cheerful and helpful , they kept me informed every step of the way, being first time buyers this was a massive help. I found them to be easy to contact, no automated services etc and I always spoke with the same people so they knew all about our purchase etc so I didn’t have to run through my purchase details each time I called the office which I feel is huge benefit and one less thing to stress about. Outstanding agents! I would not use anyone else. Oakheart have been nothing but superb as letting agents for both tenants and landlord. Billy and the rest of the team have bent over backwards to assist us with letting our property and dealing with tenants problems quickly and efficiently.
