Brilliant service! Saw a flat on Thursday and requested about it, Korben called me up first thing Friday morning, took some details and let me know he was heading over to the property and was able to squeeze us in to view it, answered all our questions and made us feel like we could ask anything of him! Kept us in the loop the whole time! Couldn’t ask for a better letting agent!

We have had an amazing experience with Oakheart so far. We managed to sell our property quickly, such was our need, and Craig has been on hand virtually 24/7 throughout, with help and advice on not only our sale but also with our search for a new property. There has never been any pressure at all, just helpful advice and care taken to assess our actual needs. Would definitely recommend to everyone thinking of selling.

Wow, I never thought I'd be writing a positive review about an estate agent. Initially Charlie came out to value my property some months ago. We decided to instruct another agent as they valued the property £50,000 more. We fell into the estate agency trap. My house had been on the market for months with another agent with little to no interest. Charlie came along, presented our home beautifully with amazing photographs, floorplan and virtual tour. He personally dealt with our viewers, and within 6 weeks (how long he said it would take!) we were under offer. We had two offerees and this managed to boost the price to Charlie's original valuation. He recommended a mortgage advisor who was BRILLIANT, solicitors who were exceptional. Despite purple bricks being involved in the chain and naturally delaying the transaction time, Charlie kept me up to date weekly. Sometimes daily, whether it was a text, email or call. Charlie was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't ever even consider another estate agent again. Thank you so much for your help and good luck on your new venture, if you maintain this level of service I have no doubt in the success you will achieve. Thanks again 5* service from a 10* agent.

Oakheart have been extremely professional and conscientious. Jamie was an excellent sales man who made sure he secured us the best price for our property. From valuation to completion we felt informed and supported. Jamie ensured that the sale was as smooth as can be and communicated well throughout. Would definitely use them again in any future moves. An excellent example of how an estate agency should be run! Will be recommending to friends and family.

I have recently rented a property through Oakheart.I dealt with Richard and Cara throughout who were fantastic across all aspectsThey kept me well informed of developments and how things were progressing and were always on the end of the phone to answer any queries I had.Everything went smoothly and within the agreed time frame.The welcome pack was a nice touch too.Can’t reccomend them highly enough , a very professional, organised and responsive company.5⭐️

Rented with Oakheart for one year and probably the worst decision of my life. - they falsely advertised the property re contents (we had to buy white goods after being promised differently); they refused to repair maintenance issues; they try to charge the tenants for fixing plumbing issues which was down to landlord (in order to preserve their income); they left us with a broken water pump which meant no water access at night for about 5 months. When it came to renewal, we said we will not renew unless the water pump is sorted, on which occasion we were given eviction notice for asking for the repairs. We made complaints to the agency regarding the above, to which the lettings director emailed us to tell us they need to act as a business and protect their income so they will side with the landlord and they don't care about tenants. When it came to the deposit release, our check out report said we left the property in perfect condition, however the agency took over a month to get the deposit back after continuous arguments. These are just a summary of all the issues we've had renting through this estate agent, and it failed to deliver by all means any good service. Not only we ended up being evicted, but because of how poor they are, the landlord did not actually continue renting through them either. They talk a big game, but they only look after their own profits therefore, I would avoid at all cost.
Dear Stefan,I am saddened to see that you feel we have given you a less than satisfactory service. As we have advised on a number of occasions, we act on the landlords instruction which means that if the landlord does not authorise a repair, we cannot just instruct the work. As you are aware, the landlord chose to serve notice due to a change in their own circumstances that meant they needed to move into the property. I have never emailed you advising I wish to protect our income and will side with the landlords and am incredibly upset that you have made this unfounded accusation. As advised, we were not able to release the deposit until we had the landlord's consent. Despite my recommendations to return your full deposit, the landlord had a discrepancy of damage which you were completely updated about. The landlord ultimately agreed to return your full deposit on our recommendation. As this is the second time you have amended a 5 star review to 1 star I would be eager to speak with you further to see if there is a resolution we can come to. Best Regards

Oakheart have been incredibly easy to contact and work with, as they have consistently been prompt with complaints and fixing household items. We got a new oven delivered to us within two days of us putting in a complaint, and Alesha has been a great help getting us sorted.

GoogleI would highly recommend Oakheart Sudbury estate agents, the whole process has been excellent. The team have kept us updated all along the way and provided invaluable feedback and advice to help make selling our home as smooth as possible. Particular mention for Chloe who has been in charge of our house viewings and providing feedback, all of which has been very positive, and has lead to us receiving an offer. Chloe has kept in very regular contact and has always been a phonecall away when needed. Their website is easy to use and the online portal is really useful for keeping track of progress.
