GoogleOakheart have just completed the sale of my Mum's house locally. Sadly Mum passed away late last year so it has been a very difficult time for us. All the staff have been really lovely, particularly Lucy who progressed the sale; she was always on the ball and keeping us up to date without having to be chased - I hope the business and all the staff will continue to be very successful - they all deserve to - thank you!!

I viewed a property and asked them to come back to me the following morning with some information regarding another viewing and some information on renting potential. I was promised a phone call by two people the following information with the information. The next morning I received a text message instead of a phone call asking if I wanted to make an offer. I texted back regarding the information. This turned into about 6 text messages which did not answer any of my questions. The property was up with another estate agent so just texted back to say I would leave it and blocked them

If you’re looking to sell or rent a property - I can not urge you enough to call Oakheart immediately, within hours Richard was able to meet and take down our requirements. He used his experience to gauge our price point and narrow in on some properties. Some of which were yet to come to market! Putting us in the best possible situation. Viewings were set up quickly and communication was precise! When the paper work, legal side and referencing were to be taken care of - Richard and Cara worked perfectly to get the outcome all parties were hoping for! I can’t thank them enough for making our first family home possible.The property itself is an example of the brand/ business - modern, clean, concise with 5 star quality.

I recently used Oakheart to help me find tenants for my rental property. Charlie Knight has been brilliant, very responsive and has done a great job in marketing and letting the house. We were working to a short time frame but Charlie managed to find the right tenants for the property and I have been very happy with the overall service. I would definitely recommend Oakheart to anybody looking for a responsive agent who you will go the extra mile for you.

From the very beginning, Nathaniel stood out for his exceptional communication and professionalism. His genuine kindness and sincere interest were immediately evident, something I hadn’t experienced with others in the industry. He helped me truly envision myself living in the property, offering thoughtful suggestions on color tones and demonstrating an impressive knowledge of the home. The property itself is one of the best I’ve seen, clean, beautifully remodeled, and full of potential. Charlie is my primary contract, providing a consistent personal service with a great team as backup. Oakheart managed to effectively balance being a local letting agency, with all that provides, alongside an effective organisation - the best of both worlds!!!!

Kelly and the team went absolutely above and beyond - stratospheric - to help me as a first time buyer. Couldn't be happer, and couldn't recommend Oakheart more.Communication was always frequent, friendly, professional and informative. I was always kept up to date at every step, and the team was always on the other end of the phone if I ever needed anything.Kelly was a gigantic, colossal help. She was constantly relaying information between the seller, myself, our solicitors, and the building to push the purchase through - even when things got stressful and complicated. Virtually carried me through.This is the first time I've reviewed a business, and I've really wanted to convey my absolute appreciation for everything Oakheart have done for me over the last few months. Oakheart Estate Agents have provided a professional service and interfaced well between my Wife and I as purchasers and the sellers of the property, marketed by Oakheart EA. I particularly like the way the conventional Estate Agent role (George Dunn in our case) transitioned to the Sales Progresser role (Annalise Wright). Both George and Annalise were professional and reliable in doing what they said they would do. My Wife and I have not completed yet, thus if the good service continues up to and including completion, I would be then happy to convert the 4 star rating into a 5 star rating.

Oakheart Ipswich have been nothing short of excellent! We negotiated a fixed fee before instruction which was very competitive. Kelly and the team have been fantastic, friendly and professional at every stage, from getting our house on the market and sold within a week, then keeping us informed as things progressed, chasing things up for us (which there was quite a lot of!). Even when we had a last minute issue requiring a survey, Kelly was on it, managed to find us a surveyor who could come out the same day! I cannot recommend Oakheart enough, they are great!

As a property investor who has delt with many estate agents, I can contest that Oakheart are one of, if not the best estate agents I have come across. The property itself was a relatively easy sale and I believe any good estate agent could have achieved a sale. However .. the difference with Oakheart was in their outstanding level of enthusiasm and sales progression (thank you Annalise) which was exemplary. I put this down to having a young dynamic but experienced team (it shows if you visit the office) along with a good procedural and sales progression systems. Not once did I fail to reach Oakheart either by email or phone. In addition the online sales progression tool was a great self service way to understand where both myself and the buyer were in the process. Very impressed with all.

GoogleRecently started renting my first property with Oakheart and my agent Nathaniel has made this moving process nothing short of simple as much as he can do. We’ve had a lot of tight corners to navigate but he has been there to help the whole way through with his quick responses, fast thinking, and persevering attitude since the viewing. This is my first property on my own and haven’t really had any idea but he has been outstanding at showing me the ropes and guiding me through each step, I couldn’t have done it without ya mate. After dealing with other problematic estate agents who had given up, Oakheart has been a breeze and Nathaniel really had been a breath of fresh air, so thank you. Lewis.
