GoogleMay be good at letting, but horrendous property managers. In 5 years living in their property they ignored the majority of our maintenance requests (such as broken window, light fittings that don’t work) and then on forcing us to move out are trying to take the money for these and more reasonable wear and tear, and to replace the carpets that they had told us would be replaced before we moved in. Googlehaving been placed in a position of moving from the Highlands of Scotland back to my native area some 0650 miles i contacted Leaders of Sudbury and spoke with Michael and Elaine. from the very first conversation i had, it was clear and evident that both were very professional and advisable in matching my requirements to a property within the town. within a few hours i was advised of a potential property becoming available within my time span. within an hour of viewing the property Michael called me to say it was mine. every step of the way Elaine has kept in contact with me advising what was required in order to secure the property and next steps. Indeed Michael has even contacted me a week after moving in to make sure i was happy with everything always very helpful and provides the very best customer service, always putting the customer first. both Elaine & Michael are a credit to not only Leaders Sudbury but to the industry as a whole. It's definitely within their interests to make sure you get what you want, while making sure you're well informed about what options are available renting through them. Unfortunately I had to end my tenancy earlier and very quickly to that matter, but as I've mentioned they where on top of it the whole time, and they kept in close contact with me with friendly attitude. My partners and I’s first rented property together and we’ve had endless problems on our half but Michael and Ryan have been so efficient and got things sorted as soon as they could and I could not be more thankful!
