GoogleEstate agency for free - game changer! I thought it was too good to be true but I was pleasantly surprised how it turned out. A bit of a communication problem at one point but they ironed that out and everything progressed nicely. Got asking price after a few weeks on the market and saved myself about £5000 on estate agency fees. Thanks Housesimple!
