GoogleIf I could give no stars I would they did not keep us up dated at all the only person that gave us any information. Was Becky but only if I chased her she left., Olivia took over, didn’t Introduce herself as taking over. We were just told . really didn’t keep any of our chain updated unless we. Chased her . Half the time didn’t know what was going on. When she did update any one she told different parties. In the chain different things. .Actually told me she had called and left a message on my phone , when I don’t have a message answering service. Our property had a service charge as it was a new property we were not told about it you would of thought as a estate agent they would of known about the service charge. Are they trying to say they’ve never sold a new property. Before to be honest they were pretty useless and unprofessional I know they are going to give a reply to differ my review. But ask the rest of our chain

GoogleWe recently sold our house through ByChoice in Sudbury; we have moved several times, and have never before had such a first class, attentive and professional service from an estate agent. We were visted by Ted Leggett, who had carefully researched the area and the current property prices. He gave us advice as to the best figure at which to advertise our house, and told us that we might well receive offers above this. He was absolutely spot on - we sold our house within days, for a figure higher than advertised. Macey and Olivia visited our home prior to viewing, and familiarised themselves with the property, ensuring that they could answer all questions from the potential buyers. They conducted the viewings themselves - so much less stressful - and we can honestly say we could not fault the service offered. We were advised daily of the situation regarding our sale. All members of the agency staff were both efficient and professional. We highly recommend them.

FacebookAwful experience with ByChoice. Unprofessional staff, poor communication, no equality. Several emails & phone calls blanked from myself, my partner & my mortgage advisor. Regarding house, viewing & offer. Viewed a house the ‘property consultant’ didn’t know a thing about the house regarding when it come down to important things. Didn’t introduce herself until asked what her name was. Finally got through to Matt and he had no idea what was going on, he was also very contradictive on what he was saying regarding houses & staff. 3 different stories told regarding 1 house. Such a poor service!!

Unfortunately we had multiple parties interested in that property and we had to take our clients instruction on the offer they wanted to accept, although it would be wrong to discuss individual offers on this public forum. It wasn’t an straight forward process , there was quite a few issues along the way. We have been buying a property listed by By Choice and it has been a bit of a complicated case (by no fault of the estate agents). We are also first time buyers, so this is completely new to us.I honestly cannot recommend by choice enough. The whole way through the team have been so on the ball, even more so than our solicitor! Charlotte & Abi, in particular, have been amazing. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, personable and professional. The communication we had with them the whole way through was outstanding and I really believe they have gone above and beyond in their roles. They explain everything clearly, to make sure we understand but don’t patronise. They’re both a real asset to by choice and when we come to sell our property I wouldn’t look to go anywhere else. I spoke to a lady called Rebecca Steven, what a waste of my own time. We had a booking to go and see a let property and she decided to cancel on me less than 1 hour before our meeting which had been planned for 3 days. Very unprofessional and i will certainly not be using this company ever again or advising my friends too. STAY CLEAR!
