I am sorry to hear that you feel you have received anything other than our great service in our recent interaction. As I tried to explain at the time of the conversation there had been an administration error that resulted in the ‘offers in excess of’ label not being added to the properties price, I do apologise if for any reason I hadn’t explained this clearly enough. The end of our conversation resulted in you saying you were no longer interested in the property due to its price and wished to leave our discussion there. To answer your query about how ‘offers in excess of’ works, it is a marketing tool that has been very successful in other areas i.e. Scotland and is designed for the buyer to bid up from a certain point rather than down if an asking price. I couldn’t possibly comment on the marketing you received for your own property and whether the price you achieved was the correct one as I don’t have all the information about your home. GoogleExtremely happy Landlord :) ! I have been using Bairstow eves Lettings in Sudbury for 2 years now and simply could not have asked for a better service. The sales team and the mortgage adviser within the branch are brilliant also, I bought my investment property through them and the process ran very smoothly. Raegan the Lettings lady manages my property for me and she is very professional and always does everything I ask as quickly as possible, I have good quality long term tenants in which I have never had any issues. I will always continue to use them so if i could recommend an agent for Lettings I would ALWAYS recommend BAIRSTOW EVES!! BIG THUMBS UP :)
