GoogleDrove 50 minutes with an 18 month old baby to view a house in Cavendish, arrived at the house and waited 15 minutes calling the office number several times. Not knowing what to do we were about to leave when I finally got a call back to say agent was at least 15 minutes away. Not impressed and we left without viewing. A proper agent would call or text to say they were running late, not leave a potential client sitting outside an empty house!! I would be extremely worried if this was my agent. I have just sold a house and the service was second to none. I would have been very angry if they were leaving seriously interested parties not looked after. If you are selling a house in Cavendish with Bairstow Eves I would take a serious look at your agent - they aren’t doing you any favours!
