I really couldn’t praise or recommend Bairstow Eves at Sudbury enough! Absolutely brilliant service. Although I’d briefly spoken with the other guys at the office, I dealt almost solely with Ross throughout my purchase, and I can honestly say he was the best estate agent I’ve dealt with in my life, and believe me I’ve dealt with a lot!. He was on top of everything right from the start, chased solicitors for me when I couldn’t get hold of them, plus chased up everyone else in the chain and always reported back to me any issues that occurred so we could get done what needed to be done ASAP. I could always get hold of him when I needed to or he’d call me back promptly. He went way and beyond what most estate agents usually do. And it’s been a pleasure to deal with him. Thanks again to Ross and all at Bairstow Eves Sudbury

Sophie, Micheal and their team at Bairstow Eves are really friendly, approachable and very helpful people. The team were really proactive in helping us search for a new home, and we really appreciated their enthusiasm and knowledge. They all listened to our requirements and our ditherings with genuine patience. A great set of people that seem to care.

Ross from Bairstow delivered me and my partner excellent service throughout whilst buying our first property with the agent. His actions made us feel like we were always in the loop and not forgotten about. He was consistently on the ball and the solicitors would have done well to take a leaf out of his book. Very pleased with Bairstow Eves and team. They kept in touch with us throughout the whole time with updates and news of the selling of my house. They even went above and beyond their duty of care to ensure that the purchase of my new house went smoothly. They dealt with most of the issues that we alone haven’t the know-how to. Their mortgage advisor comes highly recommended and is well worth its fee, he found a deal for us even when it seemed unlikely. The team really do put in a lot of effort to ensure your move is near enough hassle-free. If you want an agent that doesn’t mess about and get things done, use Bairstow Eves!

Can highly recommend Bairstow Eves in Sudbury. All the staff have been professional, helpful and kind. They have kept me constantly updated with the sale of my late Mum's bungalow and dealt with everything in a sympathetic manner. Definitely deserving of 5 star rating!

DO NOT USE BAIRSTOW EVES! I stupidly signed up to their selling my house last November and they did very little and charged a lot. Their photos of my property were appalling and frankly you could do better if you used an iPhone and put your property on rightmove without involving an estate agents. It took 5 months for the sale to complete and for two months (January to March) they didn't once pick up the phone to speak to me, their client. In the end, I had to push things with the solicitors, the purchasers solicitors and the local authorities. Bairstow Eves did nothing to help the sale apart from send long emails as excuses, and also try to take the credit after I had done the running around. Awful estate agent and I will do everything in my power to ensure people don't use them due to the way they treated me.

From day one the team (David, Sophie and Mike) kept in constant communication with us, making recommendations and leading us through the minefield that is buying and selling. Nothing was to much trouble for them and I cannot praise them or thank them enough for the work they did behind the scenes. I would not hesitate to use/recommend Bairstow Eves in the future. I found the customer service to be really good. I was kept up to date with what was happening with the property which I had enquired after with them, although I ended up purchasing a property from another agency in the end purely due to timings. I found Bairstow Eves were the more accommodating and courteous of the two agencies. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks again Mike.
