Excellent service from the team at Beccles, in particular Bianca and Rebecca. You guys were absolutely fantastic when our own conveyancers and others in the chain kept continually letting us down and we couldn't get answers, you did so much more than you should have and gave us the reassurances that no one else could. Eternally grateful to you for getting things pushed over the line and would have no hesitation to recommend you to anyone!

Gabrielle was fantastic nothing was ever too much trouble she pulled out all the stops to help everything go smoothly very professional ,but also made us feel very at ease through at times was very stressful for us. The ladies in the office were very approachable. I cannot recommend the Beccles office any higher they were first class . I would like to thank them all very much . Great!!!

Fine and Country acted for our vendors. We found them responsive and professional and Paula was first class in pushing matters along and resolving issues. Without Paula’s persistence I doubt that we would have completed our purchase on time. Our only negative was that when we viewed the property, when COVID restrictions were in force, the prospective vendors had not vacated the property which made our viewing a little awkward and rushed.

She provides 1:1 consultancy, regular updates, has thorough working practices and an outstanding work ethic. I can not fault her. But make sure you’re ready to pack your bags as you could be moving sooner than you think!

Asked for an evaluation and the person scheduled, who I understood to be the valuer, didn’t turn up. The lady who did stated that as my neighbours had sold for £255k and we didn’t have an extension we should market it for £250k. I pointed out that they bought 3 years ago and I have had a valuation for £325k since then. She advised that she was not the actual valuer and would go back to the office and discuss and call me back. Five days later and nothing!! No way has this place dropped £75k. It was almost as though a figure was plucked out of the air. Similar properties locally are all on for over £280k Shocking waste of my time

Totally shocking on two accounts. Fine and Country gives a perception of quality.. grandure however unfortunately it seems like all you get is a sign and marketing like anyone else. I’ve emailed this company twice now asking firstly about a viewing. And secondly for more information.. nothing A name will not sell a property. Great customer interaction will. It will also ensure a further sale or a potential client for an alternative property. When you take your eye off why you started and what your vision snd mission statement is. You may as well not bother .. whoever looks after Machynlleth area

Please be warned about the Colchester branch. I signed the contract, but had a fourteen day cooling off period to exercise. I was ask to pay £360 upfront, no other agent asked for this. The branch compiled the property details using the previous details from when I purchased the property, so they were totally incorrect. No mention of all the £100,000 updating I had done. They then took photos which were unusable. Sunlight blocking the property, all family photos unobscured, mirror reflections, cupboard door handles sticking out at the side of shots. I could had done better myself with my iPhone. Withdrew from the contract after five days but they refuse to refund my money, so I have paid for horrific photos. Be warned!

When it comes to selling your house you are warned that it is one of the most stressful times of your life. That can be true but Alice and her team from Beercocks Fine and Country made the whole process as stress free as possible. The key is good communications, if everyone is in the loop and know where they stand then the process of buying or selling is that much easier.

Tania at F&C in Diss was awful on the four houses we went and viewed with her. She put a downer on all of the houses we looked at and pointed out all of the negatives of the property with hardly any facts. I would never put my own property on the market with F&C due to our experience with her so have a negative view of this estate agents. Name of company is overrated.

She was extremely knowledgeable of the whole process and very involved with our chain through to completion responding to messages at all times of the day. She went above and beyond and was very proactive in ensuring we were very comfortable with our house purchase both pre-sales and after-sales. Have enquired about a property and no reply.I have messaged through Rightmove, no reply, called the office who even gave me the agents direct number..left a message..no reply...Update: Now three days later since this review..still no replyUpdate: Still no reply....I have sent an email to the one provided in your reply.... hopefully I might hear something...to be honest I'm losing interest...Update: I have been told head office is looking into this.... still no reply to my original enquiry... regarding Peatling Parva property...just not good enough, I feel sorry for anyone selling with Fine & Country.

After little or no response from 2 other agents (I know it’s been busy but a simple acknowledgment wouldn’t hurt) we contacted the Fine & Country, Norwich office. They were excellent throughout the process from getting our sale up and running quickly to keeping the conveyancers on their toes. Communication was excellent in managing offers then facilitating the process after the sale was agreed. Thank you Cameron, Richard and Philippa!
